Not so good. Water flows out from shower area to bedroom when just taking normal shower. Happens every time. Not my first stay and definitely has happened before.
Fall hazard as the floor in bathroom and just outside bathroom are glossy tiles that are very slippery when wet.

Have requested a NEW iron as the existing iron in our room seem rusty and front part is broken and have some dirt on the iron surface, so my dress almost damage because of the broken part.
The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toothpaste never replace a new sets as it almost finish.

Convenient. Very near to airport but the traffic condition is havoc during peak hours. So need to give time allowance if catching a flight. Overall quite a nice hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect for us. We loved the pool and the gym. The Xmas Eve buffet could have been better with more quality seafood. Somehow, the seafood tasted bland. We honestly wouldn't mind to pay more for that. There is mould inside the shower cubicle, which signals a deep cleaning is overdue. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

The concierge service was to be complained. I have honestly never stayed in a hotel with such bad Concierge service, especially the person in charge of the Concierge were rude and not doing his work properly . We couldn’t find our hand luggage in our room after checking in . We were worried as we have some important costume inside which need to be use for performance the day after. None of the people in the Concierge know where they put it., and only after 30 minutes of searching they found in a secret cabinet inside the room . The supervisor then speak out rudely to my friend, he said :” what’s the big fuss about this ? You don’t have gold in your hand luggage , you have only dress. !!” Point is , we never told him there were dress inside ! So we assume he must have looked into our luggage before he send over and hiding it in the secret cabinet instead of putting it out in where it should be .

It was near the airport and quite a number of eateries nearby. No shopping mall around though. The lifts didn’t work throughout our 3 nights there due to some issues with the water pipes. Imagine going up and down the stairs :( However, we were given complimentary breakfast as compensation.
