This accommodation exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Thoughtful extras in the kitchenette and ensuite. Very clean and quiet.

This was my first New Zealand stay and I spent four nights at Rochelle's lovely VRBO. After a long overseas journey I was greeted with chocolates and teas and coffee. It was comfortable cozy and quiet. The setting was stunning. Very convenient to Cambridge,yet out of the city and private. Rochelle was a great communicator. If I am ever inthe area again I would certainly stay there. Totally recommend.

Lovely room, very peaceful spot, awesome comfy bed, great shower. Hosts were awesome, so friendly and helpful. Would like to return one day when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Ideal, quiet, closely located property to call "home" for a few days that required focus and preparation for waka ama racing at Lake Karpiro. Wonderful hosts on site who made sure we were comfortable. We hope to return to this well located accommodation for future waka ama events.

The property is in the country just outside of Cambridge. Although attached to the house, the room was quite . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely comfortable and cosy room, beautifully clean. Rochelle the owner was lovely, good communication and very helpful. No kitchen but the little room with fridge, microwave etc was adequate, just no dish washing sink, but they offer putting dishes at door and replacing.

I was working at the national Field Days and staying there during the night it was very quiet and piped the car literally right beside the door undercover couldn't have asked for much more what differently stay there again

We were in Cambridge for 1 night before going onto elsewhere, and all we needed was a bed.
What we got was a place for us to park our car, a kitchenette, a very comfy bed, and a bathroom all to ourselves.
Rochelle was really easy to talk to and everything was incredibly easy

Nicely appointed rooms. Quiet, 3 minutes drive to town. Friendly and respectful hosts.

This was a great place to stay, great bed and breakfast easy location

Good location. Hostess couldn’t be bothered greeting us or even making the effort to say hello and welcome. Breakfast was pretty miserable just a few packets of porridge left in a bowl, no fruit, toast butter or jam. No television, which is nice to relax to after a day touring, even to listen to news.
Host did say hello but only because we caught him coming home from work.

Clean and spacious suite attached to the main house, with a very comfortable bed.
Well equipped with fridge, kettle, microwave and crockery. The instant porridge for breakfast was lovely for a change.
As a solo traveler I felt very safe and secure.
Rochelle was very good with communications and I'd happily stay again.

Host Rochelle were awesome, drive under cover to the door, beautiful quiet property, lovely and clean, gardens everywhere and lovely dog Bruno. Going to miss him. 2 mins from town.

What an AMAZING host! Couldn’t have asked for any better. Rochelle went Above and Beyond with all things and questions I had etc. absolutely stay there again and highly recommend!

This was a clean, comfortable property, a little way out of town, but easy to find and relatively convenient. Key lock entry worked well with dedicated carport a handy bonus. Kitchen amenities very basic, but adequate for tea and coffee. All in all an affordable option for solo travellers or couples for short stays.
