I cannot say enough about this place. We loved everything about it. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and every room had a water view! We loved the location and neighborhood. It was peaceful and close to everything. Less than a 5 min drive to the beach. The pool and spa were wonderful, we were in them almost every night. The house was well stocked, it had everything we needed and more!

The property was amazing with a very light and fresh feeling inside along with great views outside. The location is perfect as you have lots of great food, retail and beach options in any direction. When we had questions, the management was very responsive and helpful. Don't miss out on this one!

The property is beautiful! Everything was perfect from the moment we entered the house. Meticulously clean and accommodating. We enjoyed cooking rather than going out most nights and the well-appointed gorgeous kitchen allowed us to do that comfortably. The outdoor space is stunning! The view of the bay is breathtaking. We enjoyed eating and spending time by the pool. Fishing poles and bikes are available. They have truly thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Only a few miles to the beach and 20 minutes to Naples. I highly recommend staying at this house if visiting Bonita Springs.

Can’t say enough about the home. Best house we have rented. Beautiful home and lay out. Great view over little hickory bay. House is in immaculate condition. Equipped with everything we needed. Did not have to contact the property manager for anything. Very close to the beach and dining options. Would definitely rent again.

The property was beautiful, even more so than the pictures show. Wonderful location. Convenient to shops, stores, restaurants, and of course the beaches. All amenities we needed were provided. I’m typically a nitpicker but can’t think of a single nit to pick here. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was incredible! Location, layout, amenities - all made our week easy & enjoyable. Any questions about the property were answered and response was prompt and efficient. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay where you can swim, fish & relax. We hope to be back again soon!

The property and pool areas are beautiful. Julie was easy to get ahold of with questions and we thoroughly enjoyed Bonita Springs. Our only complaint is that theWi-Fi did not function throughout our stay.

Second time around
Second time renting this property. Great location to Bonita beach and only 25 minutes from FM beach. Quiet location. Had a few minor issues that owner addressed immediately. We will definitely be back for a third year. Don’t delay in booking.

Slice of Paradise
The house and tranquil setting are simply beautiful. Dolphins could be seen every morning. Close proximity to the beaches and restaurants are a plus. We had to shorten our stay due to a family issue, and Julie was very accomadating. This was our second stay and we will definitely plan a return visit.

The house is exactly as pictured very nice accommodations. Very thorough on what to expect and is expected. We had a fabulous a nice area gorgeous view close to enjoyed our stay will definitely be booking again.

Loved our trip!
Everything from start to finish with our vacation was perfect! We looked long and hard for this property…I just knew we would find it! On the water with amazing views! We loved heading into the hot tub at night after a long day of being out and about. Quiet area and a nice light tropical wind while in the pool and hot tub. We even got to witness a lunar eclipse! Julie, the owner, was very quick to respond and accommodating. We are already looking to book again later this year. Highly recommend!

A Long Time Coming
Because of Covid being around, we had changed our arrival date. We were so happy to finally come to Florida. We vacation in this area often, renting a house each time. This house did not disappoint. It had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were in the sun all afternoon. The house was lovely inside and Julie, the owner was just a call away if we had a question. There were plenty of towels and linens. The only suggestion I have is that the interior of the house really needs a coat of paint. I would definitely recommend this house, and I would surely stay here again!

Amazing house and location!
We had a terrific time at this VRBO. Julie was great to work with and provided continuous comms. The house was perfect for a group and we loved the location/pool/hot tub. Thank you for making our vaca fun AND relaxing!

Excellent Home and Owner!
This is a wonderful and well equipped house. We spent Christmas here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent being close to the beach and to shopping. The impressive view from all of the bedrooms and living room is the large pool and beautiful waters of Little Hickory Bay. The kitchen is large and has everything needed for cooking. The living room is also very large with a two story ceiling, light and airy, with plenty of comfortable furniture, a TV and a stereo. The master bedroom is especially large with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with separate shower and tub. The outdoor space by the pool is entirely enclosed with screens and the jacuzzi spa was plenty hot and very relaxing. The entire property is very well kept and exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed staying here and all of us felt it was a special treat. Highly recommended!

Best birthday ever.
This was only our second time staying at this property but walking in the door, it felt like coming home. We had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Was my best birthday getaway ever.

Great property!
My only complain was that the hot tub and the pool heater were so hard to figure out. We used it the first night and the next two nights it didn’t work, which was disappointing. The toilet paper was paper thin and there wasn’t one extra roll anywhere. So, pack a roll. Oh and pack a bar of soap. No soap there either. But the house is nice and the location is great!

Julie is an awesome host. Property is probably prettier than than the pictures. House is well equipped, comfortable, and clean. Location can’t be beat. Sunset by the pool is spectacular.

This was exactly as advertised
We had no problems at all, gaining access was a breeze. The pool and Spa were wonderful, we were visited by a few dolphins and had a manatee hang out near the doc on the first day.

Can't go wrong with the house or location. The view is just like the photos. Clean and well kept and close to many amenities. Will be back. If we could give more then 5 stars we would.

Lovely home and location
Couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. The home had everything that we could have needed. One small issue and the homeowner responded within minutes. Would definitely recommend this home if you are looking to stay in the Bonita Springs area!!! 5 stars!!!

Property was in a great location. Very peaceful and literally never saw any neighbors. The fishing was fantastic off the dock. The kids used the pool everyday. Lots of wildlife too from views off the dock. I would love to return to this house. Having stayed in Cape Coral twice before we seemed to be in a different weather pattern here. Much less rain over the course of the week.

Stunning, serene, breathtaking views, relaxing, a bit of Paradise are just a few of the many words we could use to describe this beautiful property our family so enjoyed while on our recent vacation. The home is located on a quiet street and has so much to offer. The owner, Julie, is wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had promptly. The home has everything you need and then some. We could of easily stayed at the house and enjoyed the amazing views and the pool all day but the home is so close to beautiful beaches, restaurants( a shout out to Sweet Melissa's ice cream shop a short distance away), shopping etc. We enjoyed riding the bikes in the friendly neighborhood and fishing as well right from the dock.
