The amount of space in the property - 3 rooms
The premises overlooked a garden which you could tell had received considerable work

The property is the base for a wine tasting tour which we took and which was excellent
While we did not find it an issue, it was a mile and a half into Blenheim town. We did not have a car and it was a nice walk passing along a lovely river. However others without a car need to be aware of this particularly as there is no public transport.

Perfect location close to airport and Hertz car rental.
Clean and tidy, all mod cons, hanging space, nice shower, friendly owner with good communications, nice breakfast.

Great location, near the Omaka aviation museum and wineries. Perfect location for travelling around the area. Nice bathroom, nice comfy bed, good sitting room for breakfast provided by hosts with toast, condiments and juice. We arrived after a very long drive from Franz Josef and did arrive late so it was a perfect respite for us. Great stay and very relaxing with superb hosts. Cute dogs that will come to say hello too.

The unit is beautifully decorated with a gorgeous bathroom and beautifully decorated bedroom. The bed was very comfortable, everything I could possibly need was there, and Jess is a warm and friendly host. Couldnt be better.

We were welcomed by Jess and this place was in a good location, off the street down a driveway. It was very comfortable and the breakfast supplies were beyond our expectations. We would recommend it.
There was nothing to dislike about this place as it was clean, well set out and comfortable.

very comfortable & spacious. separate bedroom and lounge/living area with convenient back entrance from parking area. Our hosts were very helpful and easygoing but clearly thought of everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. will definitely stay here again

Owners also own Marlborough Wine Country Tours and combing both stay and tour afforded us a discount.
The studio gets quite hot on a sunny day and we had to leave the AC running at night to get some sleep.

Beautifully appointed, large bedroom, lounge, and spa style bathroom. Nice kitchenette space and great breakfast provided. Comfortable eating space. No detail overlooked. Lovely, private patio overlooking garden. Jess is very welcoming and helpful with restaurant and winery recommendations. Would absolutely stay again!

nicely located away from the street, so we had quiet nights. We were arriving late, but the host was waiting for us. The breakfast was nicely stored in the the kitchen. Dishes were washed for us.
The apartment had as the second bed only a sleeper couch, which was uncomfortable. No sink was available.

Excellent location, quiet. Good space, relaxing. Good breakfast. Lovely host family - very friendly with great knowledge of the local area and vineyard cellar doors.

This property was exceptional, we loved everything about our stay. Jess is great and goes the extra mile. It’s well worth going on the wine tour offered also.

With a living area separate to the bedroom this made this B&B comfortable and spacious. The hosts were great in recommending vineyards to visit and activities. Breakfast was well set up so that we could have it when we wanted it. The bathroom was large and clean. Overall this was a nice stay.

Spacious, beautiful room with comfortable furniture and all the comforts of home. Jess was a lovely host and took great care of me.
The location is not great if you don’t have a car. I didn’t realize Blenheim doesn’t have public transportation or Uber.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy..
It was great to have the dogs fully secure and there is a great dog park behind for the dogs too.
It was a B&B but as we only stayed 1 night breakfast was not included. If we had been advised this I would have picked up a loaf.

great having two separate areas. one for sleeping and one for relaxing and eating. nice outdoor environment also. Easy parking. Nice and close to supermarket.

Jess was very welcoming, as was Lunar the dog. The room was very quiet, warm, comfortable and the Continental breakfast was more than ample. Car parking was easy and the location of the property is handy to shopping.

We had an awesome stay at Marlborough Wine Country BnB. It was a last minute booking after coming off the ferry, but we are so glad we made this choice. Everything is just perfect at this little place. Warm, clean and spacious studio. Host is very friendly and has a little puppy. Thank you for having us. Definitely recommend the place to everyone! :)
