We stay in a lot of rentals and this one is a stand-out property!! The house is beautiful!! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The house is bright and cheery and they had taken the time to open the blinds and put out a snack basket for us. We traveled to Dallas for a wedding with our family, which included 9 adults, an infant, and our dog. There was plenty of room for all of us, and our 4 cars all fit in the long driveway. The weather was not good while we were there, or we'd have taken advantage of the great outdoor space. The hostesses were very responsive and friendly!!

A group of college friends gathered together for a 3 day weekend. Overall, we found the house to be excellent. I gave the location a 4/5 only because it is on the flight path of Love Field. A lot of plane noise but location is excellent to sites in Dallas. A few small hiccups but overall was a great house. Great communication with management and clear instructions.

this was a very nice setting and worked very well for us. the only minor problem is one that can not be fixed and only would apply to those who might be bothered by noise for sleep etc. the Love Airport is on the flight path for landing and jets were constantly flying over at a low attitude so it was noisy until about 1 AM and started at 6 AM.

We loved staying at the Hansel-Modern. It was just as pictured. They even left us a variety of yummy snacks when we arrived. The hosts were accommodating and so nice. The property is lovely and close to everywhere you want to be.

It will be your loss if you don't stay at The Hansel. If it were my mission to try and find something to complain about, I'd fail. Our host was absolutely fantastic, tending to any concerns we had very quickly. We will certainly plan on making a return trip with extended family (or not!) again. The 5 stars across the board are 100% heartfelt!

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and the property managers were great at providing all the information we needed and communicated wonderfully throughout our stay. There was a bit of noise when planes would fly overhead, but we quickly got used to that and the property itself made it well worth it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home tucked away in a cute neighborhood. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay perfect including the snacks waiting for us upon our arrival. The beds were super comfortable and the guest house was a perfect private accommodation. Whether you want to stay in and enjoy time with family and friends or go out to experience the city, this place has you covered. With the casita, we were able to fit 6 and there was still a bedroom with two queen beds left vacant. The design was perfect, clean, and comfy with touches like games and even toys for kids. The patio was amazing with a hot tub, grill, fire pit, and tv. All of this while being minutes from downtown made it a perfect spot that we would certainly visit again. Easy five stars.

The house was perfect for my family, especially because of the darling guest house where my older son had his space and privacy. It was convenient to Love Field and in a really cute neighborhood. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The property manager immediately responded to our request for more towels and she brought them right over.

The house has curb appeal! Walking up to the home you are greeted with a cozy porch with a seating area (nice at night). The inside appears to be completely updated and furnished well. The little house is gorgeous, and the AC works amazing. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub at the end of the day.

Everything about this house was top-notch. All the finishes and decor are great, and the home is very well-kept. Really cool back patio and guest house in a neat neighborhood. Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay at this amazing home. Kate and Nina were great hosts. They stayed in communication through email and I'm sure would have been responsive had we needed anything. Our experience started with a welcome consisting of snacks which were greatly appreciated. The house was immaculate and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with the hot tub and fireplace. The neighborhood was quiet. This is a definite favorite and without reservation I would stay here again when in Dallas.
