For the price you pay, the room is clean and sufficient for our needs. Comfy bed to lay for the night. Hot and cold shower. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It is close to the port that took us to Siargao and close to where our relatives live. It’s walking distance to the Boulevard where can can find many restos, bars, streetfood. There are 2 bakeries that are close for fresh from the oven bread. Will stay there again.

The door to the toilet and shower in our room is made of metal so it make loud noises if you open and close the door. Just need to slowly open and close the door.

I slept one night before the ferry to Siargao. Close to the port

It was hard to find, it doesn't have any kind of advertisement. The bathroom is in the room, without ventilation. The air conditioner is very noisy. Hard to sleep.

The problem with this place, we always change the room, everyday, hassle

The bed and bathroom were clean. The airconditioning was strong. It was relatively quiet during my stay although I checked out rather early at 2 am. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have a small shop where I bought some snacks and some soft drinks.

There was some mold like stuff in the corner near the air conditioning.

Kinda wished the cr to be a bit bigger. And it kinda smells sometimes.

I don't suggest the laundry service if it's raining 🙃 my clothes were still damp.

The room is clean. Staff is accommodating and assisted us with our baggage. Location is near the terminal. Has heater in the bathroom. Spacious room for 4 adults and 1 toddler. Overall, good value for money.

Bathroom has no exhaust/ventilation. One blanket had a foul smell.

The staff were really friendly and lovely! the room was spacious and comfortable. It came with towels, soap, tissue, face masks, hand sanitiser in the room. There was also a water dispenser. Coffee was available in the morning which is always a good start to the day. The property is right by the port. Lots of place to eat along the same street.

the staff are really nice and helpful. the place is clean and has the basic necessities, plus their handsoap is green tea scented which is a +++. location is great, near the area to book ferries and the port itself. they are on the second and third floor without elevator so be prepared to climb some stairs.

I like the location the staff are friendly and approachable.

There’s no heater in the bathroom early in the morning we took shower it’s too cold. The room picture in the booking.com didn’t suit my expectations which I thought I booked the same room I saw in the picture. The bed isn’t clean, maybe a more training for the staff especially those belongings we left that no one surrender to the front desk.

location is tooo loud. lots of yelling and city noises (traffic, sirens, dogs barking etc) bed was uncomfortable for me but i was traveling with my cousin and she slept fine
