My husband and I stayed for 3 nights for rest and relaxation. The house was tastefully decorated, inviting and fully stocked. So accessible and comfortable. The hosts, Jim and Lori were very kind and informative and really easy to contact. They responded back to our emails within minutes. Def come back!

After 2 moves, 1 wedding, 2 changes of jobs, and a grandbaby on the way, crazy year. We all arrived at different times as we were coming from multiple locations. Each family unit claimed their space. Since we hadn't all be together in a couple of months, it was nice to just sit by the fire, talk and laugh. Everything was well organized, clean, well labeled. Since we are a scouting family, we loved the s'more fixins' that were left for us. A thoughtful gift for the baby due in November. My son and his wife were visibly touch (as we all were) Saturday morning we did some exploring and hiking around the lake. After we made lunch we headed up to Jim Thorpe for a ride on the train. It was a beautiful day, we enjoyed some time shopping in the town. The train ride was at a perfect speed, with the conductor telling history of the area and the train. We went home, the boys ended playing a competitive gave of foosball (one of many). Just because they get big doesn't mean they don't love to beat each other. Sunday, we made breakfast since we knew we were going out to dinner, my one son and his wife had to leave, they both have new jobs and limited vacation. One of the wives have friends that live at the bottom of the hill on the lake. They had asked us to come down and go for a boat ride, of course! In the afternoon I went to the outlet my daughter and her husband went to Bushkill falls. A nice dinner on the grill, a campfire and smores were a perfect end to our trip. Thank you !

Our entire experience with James and Lori was wonderful. They are attentive to questions and provide excellent communication. Frog Pond Cabin is clean, inviting and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. Thank you for a great time in Lake Harmony.

Beautiful cabin in the woods, inside was exactly as described on the VRBO site. Although we only stayed 3 nights and ate dinners out, the cabin is very well stocked for any size gathering and extended stay. Loved all the wildlife. Though we didn't see any bears(only trash cans on other homes torn apart) we were visited every day by deer. Beautiful and relaxing. Perfect spot to sit on deck, listen to the bubbling frog pond and lose yourself in a book or take a nap.

James and Lori were probably the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with in my several years of VRBO experience. 5 star communication and I’d give it more if I could. The care they give to their guests is unmatched. From having firewood available to the various knick knacks provided for the kids was very appreciated. The house is filled with board games, puzzles, a foosball table and other forms of entertainment for the times you want to stay inside and relax. There are beach passes available to spend a day at the lake beach if you’re planning a summer trip. The fire pit was a hit with the kids and the provided items to make s'mores were definitely appreciated. The hot tub was nice even though it was hot outside, but you can turn the temperature down to make it comfortable in the summer. The mini split was able to cool the house sufficiently so long as you follow the advice of James and Lori. Overall it was a tremendous experience and a good change up to our usual beach vacations. I would definitely recommend this host.

Had a really good time at the cabin lots of things to do around the area. T he hot tub was Amazing and just about everything was perfect a great place to stay with friends and/or Family.

Frog Pond Cabin was a wonderful stay! We spent 3 nights as a 50th birthday getaway. Jim and Lori are incredible hosts, we felt like we were staying in a family members cabin, the genuine care and thoughtfulness that they provide is exceptional. Cabin is stocked with all the things you could possibly need, cozy and cute decor. They provided recommendations for the "must do's" in the area and everything that we tried was phenomenal. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Lori and James were incredible hosts throughout our entire rental process! Their communication was SPECTACULAR! The cabin was so cute with all the decorations it had everything you could possibly need from towels to kitchen supplies to games. The beds were all so comfy according to all the girls and myself! We REALLY appreciated the adorable welcome gift for the bach trip it was such a surprise and we loved the gifts for us girls! The hot tub was so much fun to sit and relax in and don’t even get me started on having a fire in the nature of frog pond cabin!! Deer, foxes, the neighbors golden retrievers and other animals came roaming up onto the property to visit us SUPER up close, it was so cool for us city girls!!
