This condo was a great option for our family. Having the pool and beach within walking distance was exactly what we needed. The kitchen size is small so no more than two people prepping food/drinks at a time but once we got into the habit of taking turns there wasn’t an issue. Overall, great location and place to stay

The location of this condo is perfect. We were vacationing with our three boys (9, 7, and 4) and my mother. the proximity of the condo to the elevator, beach, and pool was just perfect for our group. We were able to quickly get to and from the beach or pool with the kids. My mom is older and physically limited...but, she doesn't want to miss out on spending time with our boys. She was able watch them play in the sand and water from the balcony, while having freedom to easily get to and from the pool on her own. The condo owners were extremely quick to respond to any issues--and there were very few. They even had a new vacuum delivered the very next day after we requested one. We would happily return--no other condo in St. Regis can compare to the convenience of this one.

We enjoyed are stay very much. Any questions/issues we had were promptly taken care of and the host stayed in constant communication. The condo was extremely clean and the view was absolutely gorgeous. Definitely would book again!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! The views were spectacular and the ocean was visible from every room. Very spacious property with plenty of room for our family. Andrew was very responsive and checked on us during our stay to ensure everything was going well. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We loved the location and the condo was in great shape. Very neat and clean. The proximity to the ocean was very nice. I recommed for anyone just wanting to relax and enjoy the sites and sounds of the water. The only complaint we have is the resort's advertisied ammenities were not accurate. The indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were no longer working and the fitness center was closed all week while we were there. This was not the fault of the property manager, but still a disappointment. I recommend just confirming the ammenities that are important to you.

The weather was not in our favor but we still had fun hanging out at the condo, playing games, and exploring the area. Owners were so kind and responsive. Would stay there again!

High tide at your balcony! Enjoyed coffee on balcony watching fishing boats, porpoise and sunrise. Condo had everything we needed. Bring extra bath towels if you don’t want to do laundry. Also bring a blanket for your bed. Had chilly weather with wind and rain storm. Very clean and spacious condo, especially for wheelchair (except the kitchen)! All 3 bedrooms have ocean view and balcony! One master with own bath. One Queen room and one bunk room share the small hall bath. Beds were all comfortable. No one slept on top bunk or the sofa bed as half the family went home to sleep. Handicap access was great to the beach!! Rainy most of our visit, so didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Handicap bath access to toilet only in master bath. No roll-in shower or roll under sink but still able to reach faucet. Rain and wind pounded against the glass sliders in living room. Couldn’t see the view after. My sister brought her special squeegee from home. We left it for future guests. Highly recommend the restaurant on the top floor of this building!! Good food and views! Host left info in condo for attractions and restaurants nearby. Bring your pole and tackle box to fish from pier a couple of miles away. $14 to fish, $2 to walk it and beach. Have a burger or seafood at pier restaurant. Go to Riverview Restaurant in Sneads Ferry for excellent seafood and prices about 15 min away. It was a great stay!! We will definitely be back!!

View was amazing. We were comfortable staying there and spending most of our day out and about exploring. We had 4 kids between the ages of 2 and 7. Being able to walk to beach and pool without loading in and out of the car was paramount. The condo is located toward the end of the north end island and this was also wonderful for our crowd. Things are not walkable from this condo, we didn’t have a need for that. If you’re looking to be able to walk to restaurants and bars this isn’t the spot. BUT, there is a restaurant onsite. We didn’t get to it but reviews are good. We did utilize the pool side cabana for lunch one day. If you are hoping to make fancy meals and really enjoy cooking, I will warn that the kitchen is extremely small and appliances must be newer than the cabinetry bc the oven door doesn’t open all the way, hits the fridge. Opens enough, it’s just a strange thing. Some drawers don’t pull out all the way. This wasn’t a problem for us. We did do our own cooking but it was simple things. I just add this because it could be a disappointment to someone hoping to spend some time in the kitchen. Laundry in unit is always a plus. Works as it should. The playground was closed when we were there which was a bummer. Easy walk off of the elevator to unit which is nice, doesn’t feel like a chore to go up and down like you sometimes run into when staying in a large hotel. Building is from the 80s with upgrades recently. Kids enjoyed the arcade and pool. 10/10 beach!

Property is nice. Quick response from owner on all kinds of questions we had. Great location - however the internet sucked - which was quite upsetting as I own a small business and needed to stay connected ( which didn’t work - not with hotspot and none of our devises , with various providers, had a stable connection. The TV didn’t work either - we really didn’t need it until we wanted to see the „ball drop“ on New Year’s Eve - On the positive- bar & restaurant on 7th floor and very good !

Beautiful view and great location. Very spacious with 3 kids. It was peaceful and the kids had such a great time. Easy access to the beach. We will be coming back. Host was so great with communication.

This was as pictured and a great location with easy access to the beach. Only tips would be to bring laundry detergent if you plan to do more than one load of laundry and personal pillow if you require something with support. Great stay and would definitely rebook.

This condo was directly overlooking the beautiful beach….loved listening to the waves! We even had a wedding right off our balcony on Saturday morning! It was perfect for a quick reunite without our daughter and her family on the way to Florida!

Beautiful ocean front condos in St. Regis Resort . Condos have nice furnishings as described. Checking in process was simple as described. Initially had some challenges with limited internet access for our virtual training and streaming but Andrew addressed the issue. Thank you for sharing your two condos with us.

The view from the condo main balcony is magnificent! There is also a pool side balcony with ocean views. The condo is spacious and has two bathrooms which is great for everyone showering after a day on the beach. The owner is very responsive to messages and questions. Check in and Check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay again!
