Plenty of rooms for our entire family to have a gathering, the entire house was immaculate. The communication was smooth and responsive. We appreciate our time here and will ALWAYS try to book this place in the future.

We had a family reunion with a large party. This was the perfect property to accommodate our needs.

This place is amazing. Exactly as described and picture. The backyard area was great for hanging out. Never felt cramped indoors either! Great place to celebrate my husband's military retirement.

It was a very happy week. The neighborhood was lovely. The weather was great. Hot water was an issue. It was a beautiful property the furnishings were nice but not practical. The owner was worried about her furnishings especially her table. It won’t last. I had a table cloth on it the whole time and placemats. The property manager Mackensie was great, helped with several issues. I gave it a 5 but 4.5 might be more accurate.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is! Clean, spacious, well provisioned, well located, immediate communication with host, really amazing in every possible category. Our family gang, 21 of us from 5 months to 69, is already asking to go back. So, stay here, but leave a week for us !

We really enjoyed our stay at this Largo home. It had great amenities and was close to the beach and other activities. I would highly recommend it! The pool was great!

Amazing! The pool, hot tub, game room so much to do!! The house is huge and has everything. They even coordinated with our babyquip order so everything was ready to go when we walked in. Everyone was very quickly responsive when we had questions. So much to do for everyone age ranging 10 months to adult. Highly recommend!

An awesome property for our family of 18 from 8 mo-70! Beautiful and stocked with everything you need to entertain and meal prep too! You could stay in every day as there are many amenities….but we did take in the sites! Thank you Jana and Mackenzie.

It appears as small and honest until you open the front door Kitchen island you can have a feast at Each room has its own personality The biggest bathroom appears as a bedroom until you look in and notice how huge it is... Only to be surprised even more by the master bath. All mirrors are worth stealing and taking home 🤣🤣 Pool. Game room. Hammock. Open space. Fire pit creates endless peace and entertainment Mom loved the sliding glass door between the kitchen sink and pool area No kid fought for space as there was plenty

The house is great for a large group --- we were 20 adults coming to the area for a sailing regatta, and the house was perfect. Outdoor space by the pool and around the outdoor gas fireplace, yet lots of space indoors with the large kitchen / island and dining room table (all one big open space). We could all eat together, socialize together, and yet there were plenty of spaces to go if you need to be off alone or breakoff in a smaller group. Washer/dryer, outdoor grill, pool, hot tub, 8 bedrooms, 5 bath rooms --- perfect! Would definitely rent here again. The manager (Jana) was available for the few questions we had --- happy to report the biggest problem we had is we couldn't find the wine opener :-) But enough plates, bowls, serving platters, towels, linens, you name it, we didn't really need anything other than what you would expect (food, beverages). Highly recommended, would not hesitate to rent again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The living space is huge & the pool is beautiful! There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. We took advantage of the game room on the property, pool & hot tub. The beach & stores are 10 minutes away!

Our family vacation centered around this house. It was all we hoped it would be. The house, pool, yard and all the extras made for a great vacation. I would recommend this place.

The house was just perfect for our visit! We stayed for 5 nights, (two families each with 3 kids). The house was very spacious with many rooms so our grownups could stay on their room with their shower which was a big plus. The living room area is divided to two sections which was great separate kids section and parents section. The kitchen was great and fully equipped with extra stuff of everything and a big and comfortable dinning table. The backyard was amazing, very specious with a great playroom including a ping pong table and other outdoor games. There is also an additional 2 bedrooms in a separate unit at the backyard which our kids loved to play in and had two big bedrooms each with its own shower. The host was very responsive and very nice, Katie which is managing the property for the owner and leaves close by was so wonderful and helped us a lot. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to stay there again!

We chose this vacation home because we needed large accomodations for three generations of our family at Thanksgiving. 18 people stayed ranging in ages from 6 to 79. When we entered we had an "amazing WOW" moment. We had 8 bedrooms and 8 baths so there was no overcrowding. The spacious kitchen had a double oven that enabled us to have a thanksgiving dinner for 18 people comfortably in the dining area. The house was fully and beautifully equipped for all the needs of at least 23 people and all that was needed was some groceries. It was spacious, very clean and the owner was responsive to our needs and inquiries. The house was conveniently locataed within 1/2 miles of a Publix grocery and 10 minutes from a beautiful beach. The house has some great outdoor amenities; pool, spa, separate building with games, large gathering areas outside the pool and house. There were numerous TVs in the house satisfying all those who wanted to watch soccer or basketball. We even set up a small pickle ball court in the driveway. The only reason any of us wanted to leave the property was to go to the beach. We were extremely pleased and satlisfied with the property.

We are locals and rented this house for our wedding weekend to be able to host our bridal parties and family/friends. Check in was a breeze and the property manager was responsive, accommodating, and included a lovely card wishing us well for our wedding. How sweet! The home was incredibly spacious, kitchen and rooms were beautiful and the private cottages were perfect. The pool and hot tub worked well. The game room was huge hit and we made so many memories during our stay! Will recommend!

This property was nothing short of amazing and was a perfect fit for a last minute vacation with our extended family. Plenty of space, a great pool setup, and the game room made sure everyone was happy for the week. The house is in a great location with good proximity to the beach, stores, and the airport when that sad last day of vacation rolls around.
