Hostel super limpio, me encantó, pasé una estadía hermosa. Sin dudas volveré!

En el baño tendrían que dejar alguna alfombrita o trapo de piso, y quizás estaría bueno que en el desayuno haya algunas frutas

Shower was a bit small.

The hostel is located in a central area and close to the public bus stops. The tours provided from the hostel were great and the beds were super comfy and private with individual curtains. The staff were very helpful and kind.

room was right outside reception so at night light shines through and can hear everyone going/ coming in from night out and there convos.

The room that I booked was not provided. I booked a room for 4 got a room for 6. Not sure if the issue with booking.com or there system, met other people having an issue with bookings and they were not even on the system and they had an email confirmation from a third party that they have a room, but in reality there name was not on the system. So get the booking systems in order. The night shift person doesn’t speak any English, in case you are like me, don’t speak Spanish, and have a late check in, have google translate ready on your phone! The price for the tours is lower at the agency’s than paying at the hostel! So if you have time to go around and not in hurry don’t buy the tours from hostel! go to an agency and it will be cheaper. When wrote them a message on booking.com that I have a late arrival, they didn’t respond or write me a WhatsApp, as other hostels did and keep in touch. So get the communication in order!

One of the best hostel i have been. Clean and well organized. Compfy beds and very clean sheets. In the heart of Mendoza and they help you to organize tours.

A little improvement: The towels to dry dishes were always wet and the space to let stuff dry overly full. But a nice breakfast.

They closed the kitchen for cleaning at weird times sometimes. The breakfast is very much on the sweet side!

New and modern hostel. Comfortable public areas with dining, couch, TV and pool. Large kitchen. AC was great.

Windows and doors let in a lot of sunlight and heat into rooms. They could use some awnings to provide shade.

Facilities and great value for money

Great located, facilities were pretty good, I had not know any Hostel with a swiming pool. All the staff was frendly and willing to help.
