This house was clean and I was happy the lights were left on as we arrived after dark. We had 4 adults 3 kids (2 teenagers). The house setup interesting. We had to make a few adjustments. Some of these remarks aren’t complaints more of suggestions. The pull out couch was in the living off the kitchen. I would recommend it be switched with the couch in the other living room. You have to walk through a bedroom room already and to get to the kitchen from the other rooms. Having a pull out bed off the kitchen again you’re walking through while someone’s sleeping so we made other arrangements for the kids! The kitchen was well stocked and served its purpose. It’s a table for 4 and we had 7. The kids ate in separate rooms as it was too cold to eat outside. I wish the basement was connected and there was a bath room. The teens would have loved it down there!! The neighborhood seemed safe but a code lock on the back door would have been nice so we could lock it without having to get up incase someone needed the bathroom after we went to bed. The parking was good. It’s a busy st during the day but it was never a problem. There is a fun thrift store across the st and Dutch bros next it. We also walked to a cute candy store down the street. The casino is close for a quick date night. Yummy restaurant close by as well. Overall we were satisfied with this house! If we needed a place again in Coos we would definitely look it up.

Liked the location. The layout of the interior was very unique. Except for a small kitchen dining area it was sufficient.. It was a white truck parked outside several days of our stay which felt a little creepy. Being watched on camera with coming and goings was enough. Never had an contact with owners

We went to North Bend for some fishing and beach excursions. The house had everything we needed with lots of space for everyone to chill. They even had a fun selection of games to play. I was glad to find plenty of kitchenware. We didn't spend a lot of time cooking, but they had everything I would need to cook with. The location was perfect for us. The neighborhood was walkable and there was a Safeway nearby. We brought our dogs and they were very accommodating. They even had towels for the dogs, which came in handy since there's a dog friendly beach nearby. All the beds were comfy as well. Everyone slept great. Overall we had a wonderful relaxing time on the coast!

The property was quirky, charming and well equipped and very convenient to US 101 to take advantage of all the outdoor activities available along the Oregon coast. Great location for exploring the Oregon Dunes. Bandon Dunes was less than thirty minutes away for golf lovers.

This property was so cute so clean had absolutely everything we needed and more. Close to anything you might need. Restaurants and grocery stores. Coffee and the bay. Property manager was so kind and always answered my questions. I will be back to to property again. It won’t disappoint

This rental is always spotless. The kitchen and dining area are a little on the small side, but equipped with any and all utensils needed.

Very cute house. Had all the amenities that you could want. Very centrally located which was really nice.
