The property had the comforts and conveniences we needed.

The cleanliness was a major issue. Hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the showers. The master shower did not drain so we all had to use the other shower. One of the three beds was not made when we arrived. The dining chairs were tattered and worn out and the chairs on the balcony were mismatched and not comfortable.

Top bank bad wasn’t made . Both tabs wasn’t clean . Hairs left from previous guests , disgusting

Overall i would like to say the people vacasa dont help you with nothing, i was sent the wrong door code.. had to get the front desk lady to look it up she didnt know what i was talking about. So i asked for a key, no ac but dont get really hot, the showers in the unit were terrible needs to be fixed, the whole unit needs a face lift.. not clean at all

pool & hot tub were very nice

i didn’t realize it wasn’t exactly like a hotel so no extra towels were available and I called Vacasa for more like the gentleman at the front desk said to and none were ever brought side note for owner : bathroom in master has broken shower head ( the tub part behind shower head ) & front door handle is broken comes right off when you pull door closed

I love the isolation and romance of the snow and mtn combination. The beautiful location of the resort was magic along with the 2 mile drive up the mtn. The location of the Food Lion and food shops being less than .1 of a mile off the main road was perfect! the fact food lion was only 0.1 mile off the turn to the resort was a perfect luxury to grab provision before turning in for the night. The coffee shop Fred and Larry's was also perfect because it was on the way to the attractions and located at the Food Lion. The stores and tourist attractions were perfect distance. The designer of the resort really understood mission of isolation paired with adventure. Lastly, the resort itself was like a castle strong hold and allowed visitors to have everything they need from fitness to comfort. With access to a complete cable gym (the gym set hits all major muscle groups with attachments to hit miner groups, perfect for a week trip without missing a gym day.), along with tread mills and seated bike machine. The spa area was complete with a public hot tube and private hot tube (for a quieter relation, was located in a different location from pool.) and two types of saunas and pool. The first was a wet sauna and the other a dry. each room them self come with two bed rooms and a fire place in the living room that is a wood burner not a fake electric one! In conclusion, the resort offered the perfect paradise away from normal life and emprises the dream state of royalty at jaw dropping low prices.

The only critique I have is I wish the resort had some sort of 24/4 room service or a restaurants. I spoke with the staff and was informed that a pantry was to be added then a restaurant and room service in the future. the pantry is to include basic home toiletries, fire wood, staple foods and winter gear. With that said, I am already planning a fall trip!
