The place was exactly as the pictures show on the listing . Very clean and roomy for 3 people to stay . The manager was extremely helpful and replied back quickly. We enjoyed our stay . Shops and restaurants were a 3 minute drive or 14 minute walk. . The only problem was the pool wasn’t available due to maintenance work so was a little disappointed. I would definitely recommend this place for another stay in Houston .

This apartment is in the perfect location for appointments at Texas Orthopedic and Baylor. The host provided excellent check in and out directions and quickly answered the few questions I had. I hope to stay at this location for future medical appointments and the Houston Rodeo.

This was a great place to stay. It was comfortable, had everything we needed, and was in a great location! We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable home base for our time in Houston! Also, the host was very quick to respond to any/all of our questions.

Great apartment, very comfortable beds, very clean, great location, great amenities- we sat by the pool and it was great. Fantastic stay and great communication with host. Would highly recommend.

We were in Houston for 30+ days. This home is in a great part of town with a private parking garage with security. Very safe! Home was as portrayed and host was very responsive!

This place was an amazing stay! I enjoyed the privacy of the rooms and bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable. The host was very helpful and responsive. I am definitely booking again.

We have stayed in several units at this location. This unit was clean, the beds comfortable and the manager responded quickly to any concerns we had. We would stay here again.

The property was great for my family. It was an easy quick drive to the NRG. The property was very clean and quiet. Internet and smart tv’s worked great. I’ve stayed at many Vrbo properties and this one I highly recommend. Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at Island Paradise!! Very clean with lots of amenities, beds are very comfortable and close access to the parking garage. Ernest was very responsive to my inquires and helped ensure our stay was delightful. Highly recommend this VRBO if you need to stay in the vicinity of NRG Park.

Visited for a 3 day effortless entry, Cleaning supplies were present , locked gate entry, no problem with us arriving after 12am, beautiful aesthetics ,very much so was comfortable an it was very much so a plus that coffee was provided along with other kitchen necessities! Thanks for the experience Ernest !!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Price was good, place was very clean and communication with property manager was great! Will definitely book this property again next time we are in town!

This place was clean & nicely decorated.
Upon our arrival the cleaning company was on scene because we got there too early, but I was happy to see that it is cleaned right away. Ernest the host quickly responded to any questions I had with no hesitation.
I would definitely stay here again when I return to Houston.

Place was clean and quiet beautiful set up is a lovely place is very accommodating has a beautiful pool and parking is secured. Closed to grocery stores ,pharmacies and fast food restaurant. I enjoyed my stay very much and can't wait to book it again.
