Had a wonderful time!! Perfect space for 4 adults and 3 kids for a weekend.

The condo was clean and comfortable! The beds were very comfortable and the living room was a great space to enjoy with friends. If you're planning to prepare a gourmet meal, be ready to supply your own essentials. The condo lacked condiments and kitchen garbage bags. Additionally, the available plates, bowls, and cups were plastic, including the mixing bowls. Pots and pans are minimal as well as glassware to bake anything.*Bring saran wrap/foil*Coffee machine is great*Knives are thereThe porch out back was not swept clean and the cushions were not clean upon arrival. Granted, there are trees above that drop debris onto the deck.Our contact did give us an early check-in and an hour late check-out which was very helpful.

The location is very central to the mountain and surrounding restaurants. The unit was clean, quiet and all of the natural light is comforting. My children loved the spiral staircase!

The only issue was that the floor was not clean, sticky floor in kitchen. Other than that, it was nice.

It was a very nice unit and very clean.

Just spent 3 nights at this rental for a long weekend away with friends and we had a wonderful time. The rental was extremely clean and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. We were very impressed with the fresh towels and bedding as well. We would not hesitate to come back! Only cons were temporarily running out of hot water in the morning and being able to hear the neighbors late into the night.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean and well setup for us. We were surprised by a lovely welcome basket. We rented this unit for visiting our adult children. The condo was able to accommodate all of us very comfortably. We have stayed at similar units in this complex before. I chose this unit for the larger kitchen and the dining table that seated eight. We felt right at home and were able to enjoy family dinners together. The owner was very responsive and immediately took care of a mix up with the linens. I highly recommend this unit. If you have not stayed in these units before, please note that there is a flight of stairs to enter the condo. However, the parking spots are right off the sidewalk to the condo. So there is minimal walking. Each unit is allowed two vehicles. Other vehicles must park in the large lot as you enter, but it is very easy to run down and pick up guests. I had not booked through Evolve before, but it was a positive experience. We look forward to renting this unit again?
