Nothing at all

Pretty much everything. I do understand that the owner is trying to grow his business but the room was awful, the toilet and kitchen horrible and the entire place was a nightmare. Can’t believe I paid for this but hey… I needed the room! My suggestion is rearrange, clean and fix the entire house as it shouldn’t be on booking.com.

The room was ok and it was near shops etc. I could take my dogs. And allowed to smoke.

Toilet down stairs.

Comfortable and warm bed and bedroom.

Too noisy with people talking from 5.15am on Friday morning. Too noisy with people talking midnight to 4am on Saturday morning. Too far to bathroom down narrow steep staircase.

Nothing. Left after 1 hour

Shabby. Entry through an unlight back alley getting the key hidden in a plastic box in an outside utility area. Peeling wallpaper. Toilet/shower shared with two families who also live in the 2-up/2-down. Kitchen area (entry from the utility area goes through the kitchen) is shared, shabby, poorly cleaned and rather smelly. The fridge you have access to is balanced on top of another fridge.

the owner was so nice and the location was so good. it has good access to the train station and the city centre. there is a Lidl just next to the house

noise! I couldn't sleep well while I was there. the people in the next-door room suddenly decide to watch TV at 3:00 a.m. I woke up to noise several times. I nearly called the police. you won't have a private bathroom, and the whole house smells. I woke up at 6:30 in the morning because of the smell, because the owner decided to make fish at that time! They don't clean the house regularly. Even the fridge smelled, and it was difficult for me to put my food in the fridge. Also, it's a bit dark and scary. it doesn't say the bathroom is down the stairs but it is, far from the room

The house was near a supermarket and the station, both handy for me. That is all

The bathroom was unpleasant and dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. When I arrived in the dark I had to walk down a pitch black alley with no lighting into a none too pleasant shared back yard. The kitchen was not nice, cooking pans on the floor, not clean looking, looked like someone had punched a hole in one of the cupboards. There were only 2 sockets in my room, which I needed to use for charging, so I could not plug in the bedside light, there was no extension lead. The room was just grubby and did not look like it had been cleaned, there was some food that someone had left on the table in a packet that had been opened. The lock was in no way secure, and there seemed to be someone who lived in the house in the room next door.

Just a place to sleep, not world beating really just a room in a house. Clement the owner was polite and helpful, it is really a very low budget room
