We had a total of eight people(3 adults and 5 kids) stay in this fabulous house during our trip to LA! First, the house worked perfectly for our needs. There was plenty of beds and bedrooms for all of us. The set up of the house was great. The kitchen and the full size fridge was just what we needed! The house was clean and organized. Plenty of regular towels and pool towels. The location of this house was ideal. It is on a busier road but it is a very safe and nice neighborhood. We had a large passenger van that we parked out front every night and felt very safe in doing so. Also if you’re going to DoorDash food, there are so many options that can get to the house in no time! We paid to have the pool heated and it was wonderful. The backyard is in full sun in the afternoon and the sunshine was what we needed. The communication with Shawn and his team was top notch. They checked in and gave awesome recommendations and directions for activities and restaurants. They also answered questions within minutes! Another perk we thought with this house was that that there was more than a starter stash of paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. I personally find that really helpful so we didn’t have to go out and get that stuff asap! It was a quick ride to Universal and Santa Monica. We were very happy with our stay!

Our family flew from all over the country to attend my niece’s Bat Mitzvah and we had a blast! The house was perfect for 6 adults, the outdoor area is amazing! When we flew in last week it was pouring rain ALL day- we were so grateful to have the garage. Every part of the house was clean and Shawn and his team were very responsive. The location was great it was near everywhere we needed to go. It was a great experience. Thank you!!

First off, we had to book this property last minute due to a VRBO cancellation 2 days prior to the trip. We booked online and had WONDERFUL communication from the owner Shawn within minutes. The process to book, the instructions for check in, and the overall communication won me over from the start. On arrival, the property was super easy to find, the parking situation was best suited for the front door, but we ended up parking in the garage the entire stay. The house was extremely clean and was exactly what the pictures showed. All TVs were smart TVs and the internet was fast. We ended up cooking in the house 2 nights and there was plenty of cookware. Shawn also gave us recommendations for grocery shopping as well as restaurants near by. There were only 2 things that I wished were a bit different, there were minimal wash clothes for showering but there was a washer and dryer. The last thing was that it has a heated pool, but we didn’t know until after booking that it was $80/day extra to heat. We are in LA, so we didn’t end up needing it, but just as an FYI. Other than that, the stay was perfect and we would recommended it to anyone! Thank you, Shawn and your team, for everything!

Very comfortable stay, close to all necessities, beaches & other visiting places for tourists.

Shawn is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay This is definitely the perfect place to stay .

I especially like how there was a team of people around-the-clock to quickly answer any questions or concerns, especially prior to arriving at the property. There was a noise that developed in the refrigerator, which they have their own repair personnel, and they felt they needed to apologize, and left an assortment of specialty donuts at our door the next morning! None of us were the least bit familiar with staying in LA, and this place was typically less than 30 minutes drive from most areas of interest. Their team would even give us suggestions for food, areas to park, good places to drive to, as well as touristy stuff to do. Thank you so much for welcoming us, and giving us a great stay in LA.
