We loved staying here. There were some quirks and hiccups with the pool but overall the space was great for our needs and we had no major troubles. Would book it again!

We especially loved the big dining table to gather for our meals and to play cards. We did not use the pool but the just was great about offering in plenty of time to have it heated in the event we wanted to use it. Everything was lovely, super soft towels and bath mats. Great kitchen area, has everything we were hoping for

We had nine adults and had plenty of space to hangout together. Nice open floor plan seamlessly ties in the kitchen, dining room table, and living room which was perfect for us to enjoy together. We didn’t use the pool as we were busy sightseeing and going to events, but the pool annd outside area was very nice looking. It’s about 45 minutes from LAX when there’s no traffic, but we saw as long as 90 minutes during busy times. We used rideshares and rarely waited more than 15 minutes for someone to arrive. Neighborhood is quiet and we walked to local food trucks and convenience stores safely. Shawn was very helpful with all communication. Great launching off point for places like the Griffith observatory, Hollywood walk of fame, SoFi Stadium, Santa Monica, and Venice Beach. Would stay here again!

There were 15 of us at night and 17 during the day. The house was plenty big so no one ever felt cramped. We had large family breakfast at the dining table. Everything was well equipped. Beautiful backyard. Very responsive owners. Would absolutely stay here again and again.

We stayed with Sean at his VRBO in Reseda. Through every step of the process from booking to check out, Sean and his team were very responsive and checked in frequently to make sure everything was good for our stay. The home is located in an older area, and has been renovated. Overall it fit our group of 11 nicely. The pool was well loved by everyone and offered a wonderful reprieve from the hot summer sun. Our only suggestions would be to upgrade mattresses and add a dining suite outside to allow for games and meals to be had outdoors. There is a small table and benches but it doesn’t accommodate the number of people in the home. The table inside is perfect though! Other than that, we were happy with our stay. All the amenities you need are close by with quick access to the highway to travel wherever you need to go. Thanks for having us!

My friend group and I enjoyed the villa! The beautiful pool and the big dining table with a lot of seating really made a big difference for us. The pool house was a nice touch, especially for the children who can all stay in the same place. We would definitely come again!
