The condo was perfect for 3 adult ladies with one bathroom. Just note, there are stairs to climb to get to all 16 units on this property. The location was excellent. Close to stores, restaurants, ice cream and the beach. You can stay here without a car. Shuttle to and from the airport and then call for a free golf cart ride to anywhere on the island (tips are encouraged). The Monkey Bus runs late and is a $5.00 ride. The pool area has direct sun most of the day. The owners are great!!! My only issue was with VRBO taking $1500 from my credit card a month before our arrival and at the writing of this review, we checked out 11 days ago, I am still waiting for my $1500 refund. Yes, I could have opted to pay a non-refundable $59.00, but the other fees were enough. I assumed that like motel's, my credit card would be on hold IF the $1500.00 was needed. There was no reason to pull my $1500.00 and keep it since April 17. Today is June 4th and I am still waiting on a refund, and would have been charged interest on my credit card in May if I hadn't paid my balance. AGAIN, THE PRICE AND THE CONDO AND THE OWNERS WERE PERFECT.

This is a lovely condo on a really nice complex. It is decorated to a high standard and comes with all amenities for a calm and peaceful stay. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and also to the Bradenton Beach shps, bars and restaurants.

We loved the location of this condo! So close to the trolley, beach, restaurants & stores. The condo was just the right size for my husband & I and it had everything that we needed. Kitchen had all of the things we needed & the storage room had chairs to take to the beach as well as some beach game items. Perfect! We would definitely recommend.

A compact and very comfortable one bedroom unit. Only a short walk from the expansive Bradenton beach and Bridge Street; with it's range of shops and restaurants. We parked our rental car in the allocated space, and mostly used the free MCAT trolley, which runs from Coquina Beach in the south, to Anna Maria City Pier in the north. Local traffic permitting it's a frequent and convenient service. The condo is extremely well equipped including a ground floor locker of beach equipment. The complex is also well maintained with a nice sunny pool area. Overall we had a very nice week in Bradenton Beach/Anna Maria Island. One of our favourite places we have visited many times, and hope to return again soon.

Our family (myself and my husband, along with our two teenagers) stayed here and we absolutely loved it! It was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we had an amazing time. The location was perfect - we walked or used our rented golf cart to get around. Lovely accommodations, quiet and friendly. Comfortable and well equipped. Great communication with the owners and appreciated the welcome book full of information. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a long weekend in early october with my husband. From booking this property until the time we checked out, we had great communication with the owners. The condo complex was clean and quiet and the unit itself was the same! They thought of everything you could possibly need to get you started on your vacation. Loved the different sized coolers they had and the wagon and umbrellas/chairs for the beach. So close to bridge street which has restaurants and shopping and just as close to the beach. Trolley stop nearby at corner also! Only thing that was a little confusing was the multiple remotes for the tvs. Luckily, my husband figures that stuff out pretty easily but took a few minutes. Wished we would of booked it for longer! Didnt want to leave!

We spent 5 nights at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is the perfect size for a couple and we enjoyed drinking coffee every morning on the lanai. Although we barely used the kitchen, it did appear to be stocked with everything you would need if you wanted to cook while you're there. The location can't be beat with a 2 block walk to the beach and nearby Bridge Street. Overall, we would recommend this property to others and hope to return on future vacations.

Hands down, the most well equipped condo we have ever stayed at. Everything you need is there !!!! Covered parking was nice, all the beach gear, comfortable and clean. Got to meet the cleaning lady, she does a great job. !!!!

Loved the condo. Had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Felt like we were staying in a little summer cottage. Was just like the pictures. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay i again and recommend to anyone.

3rd year to Anna Maria and this one was just my husband and I. This place is perfect, quite and just what we needed. We loved it! Quick walk to the beach, cool off in a shaded pool in the afternoon and easy walk to Bridge St for dinner. Home was fully stocked with everything you needed. We loved the beach cooler so much we bought one! Did I mention the bed, OMG, comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beach hideaway.

We had a wonderful time and the condo was just as pictured. The storage near the parking spot was perfect for our beach supplies everyday. We would definitely stay again!

All was good until the neighbors with children came in and they would stomp and jump in place, woke us every morning at 7:30! Didn’t appreciate having to wash the linens before we left and other request. We had paid for cleaning service as one of the fee’s when we reserved the condo! I’m on vacation don’t want to worry about a list that need’s to be done!

The apartment was quiet, clean, and well-equipped. Prompt and good communication. Needs a new washer/dryer and black out shades in bedroom as it faces east with 6AM sunrises in summer. Overall, great and would stay again.

This was a great condo for a family vacation super close to everything. Easy walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Also the pool was great!

The owners were absolutely great with the few questions that we had and answered back very fast. The condo was cute, clean, and in an amazing location! We enjoyed being walking distance from shops, restaurants, and most importantly the BEACH!! We also loved our evening swims in the pool and the little lizards around it... we will definitely be back!

It was perfect! We stayed at the co do after family left from our wedding. The location was perfect, with no need for a car and short walks to the beach, shopping, and many restaurants. The complex was nice. Because it was small with just 16 units there were no crowds to beat out for pool time and it was quiet. We were able to enjoy the balcony for meals and weren’t staring at a parking lot. The co do itself was decorated nicely with lots of extras to make it very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the door lock system and even gifted us some treats to celebrate our marriage. We will definitely stay here again!!
