Our stay was pretty quick. We were in town to move our Ole Miss student one last time. This fabulous cozy cottage right off the square was the perfect location for us to our daughter’s house and downtown. The cottage is spotless and the furnishings are top notch. The owners are thoughtful from coffee selections to a welcoming snack. The pillows were a little hard so if you are accustom to something smaller and soft you might think about bringing one form home. Overall I highly recommend! We will be back.

What an amazing property full of character and modern day conveniences! We cooked meals, hung out on the screened back porch, enjoyed the comfortable beds, and even had a small gathering of graduating senior girls! It was the perfect college graduation weekend for my daughter that didn't get a high school graduation in 2020 because of Covid. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property for all to use!

We’ve done multiple VRBOs all over the country and this was one of the best. Gorgeously decorated. Well appointed. We walked to the square and could walk everywhere. Would absolutely recommend this gem!!!

This was absolutely one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed in. Beautifully appointed, the owner has thought of everything! The location was perfect--close to Oxford, Ole Miss Campus, lots of great shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. Hotty Toddy!

My son and daughter-in-law stayed in this beautiful cottage while visiting us in Oxford and we got to keep our granddaughter with us! We had a wonderful Christmas dinner together there! The kitchen was great to work in. They were so happy with the space - the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. It was a much needed mini vacation for them. Great hosts who thought of everything. They didn't want to go back to North Carolina! We are already talking about doing this again next year.

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. It was much more spacious than we anticipated. We felt at home and appreciate the attention to detail regarding the hospitality. We were able to walk easily to The Square and enjoyed the screened in porch immensely.

Loved this charming house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oxford and watching Ole Miss win, and the house was a big part of our enjoyment. Beautiful screened in porch with a tv, full kitchen already provisioned with snacks and K cups. Lovely bedrooms and bath. Would stay again happily if the occasion arrives.

We moved my daughter into her dorm, and came back and stayed again while she was going thru the rush process. This is our favorite place to stay, it’s adorable, the beds are so cozy, the screened in porch is dreamy, and you can walk to the square!

We loved our stay in the cozy home. We enjoyed our walks to the square with 3 young children (under age 4). The master closet housed our baby’s pack n play! The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with all our needs. Will definitely be back!

Seriously, my daughter, and I could not have been more thrilled with our wonderful weekend stay at Mary Beth’s BEAUTIFUL home. The photos actually don’t do it justice. It is very well located, extremely spacious, is newly renovated and beautifully furnished and appointed!! It is quite comfortable and everything we needed was there. I felt like I was really on vacation!

We recently stayed at this wonderful property. It is roughly 7 blocks from the square, making it walkable. The decor is tasteful and well done , and the master suite is equal to a 5 star hotel, with massive bathroom and walk-in closet. There is a spacious screened in porch for coffee or gatherings. My only negative comment would be it needs to be better provisioned. There few plates, bowls, etc. I believe they s is a new listing so that will mostly be addressed. I would highly recommend this property and when in Oxford will make this my first choice.
