Property is very nice, there could be some better information on how to operate the pool and hot tub as both can be heated. Other than that it was excellent.

The photos of this house is exactly what you are getting. It's beautiful. The newer features are nice. The only thing that I didn't like was the pool and hot tub. It was cold! My expectations were a HOT tub, but it only ever got warm. I would consider this a small warm pool. The pool was cold (in my family's opinion) the entire stay. They came out to check on it, and it started heating up, but never got warmer than a regular outside pool. If you are looking for a heating pool for night swims, this doesn't hit the mark. If you are looking for an outdoor pool for summer cool down, this is it. I would recommend for future travelers to get a schedule of the pool cleaners and lawn care (especially if traveling with small children) Also, do a Google search for videos for the pool, theatre, etc. that will help you experience this place more as instructions are not provided.

The rental property was beautiful, impeccable clean, provided more than adequate space for our family, appliances were top notch, and the neighborhood quiet and quaint. The outdoor grill was definitely a plus and we used it multiple times. My only complaint would be the lack of instructions for the movie theater (there were literally none) or the pool/hot tub (there was a remote in the kitchen; however, no instructions that this was the remote for the pool/hot tub). I would definitely return!!! Well worth the money!!

The property is beautiful but not accurately listed. It was advertised as a 3 bedroom which we needed for our family of 5 but when we got there it was actually only 2 bedrooms with a very uncomfortable pull out sofa in the theater room. We immediately called and were told there is nothing they could do about it. We also requested a pack and play and a highchair. Neither were there upon arrival. We did receive a pack and play after but not a highchair. The house was very welcoming upon entry and very clean. The pool area was very nice. The theater room was cool but it should really include instructions on how to work the projector and other devices. We had plenty of bath towels, pool towels, and washcloths, but only one hand towel. Laundry detergent to do at least one load would also be helpful. Prior to arrival communication was great. There were two separate times that I directly texted the owner and did not receive a text or call back. One was a question about the pool, and the other was to say thank you for the stay. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access to major roads. The kids had a very good time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Lots of space for activities. The Home Theater is Great but do yourself a favor if you're NOT familiar with the Apple TV remote and watch one of the many You Tube videos to learn how to navigate the remote. The hot tub and pool are also on a remote but easy to use. We Loved the Country Pizza Italian Grill for take out. Everything we needed was within 2 miles. The BBQ set up was excellent - We went to Heights Meat Market for quality meat to grill. Would definitely Stay her again and Recommend it to others. Great communications with Vivian and Team.

The house itself is a nice layout however we were very disappointed, the only reason we rented the house was for the heated pool / hot tub and it wasn't in proper working order until our final afternoon of staying at the property. Vivian was the slowest host we've had in responding to our issue which was very frustrating. The check-in / check-out process was super easy and straight forward. The house had everything that the listing showed, the movie room is nice, a bit confusing if you're not tech savvy but we slowly got it figured out. Overall, I think we would have enjoyed our stay if the pool / hot tub worked or if we would have felt there was some urgency in getting the problem resolved.

The house perfect except was unable to operate the electronic systems in the theater room. Other than that the house location perfect thank you Jeffrey Rock.

The house was wonderful but i wish it would have been cleaned better. Alot of dust son has asthma wasn't a good stay for him. Main concern is the cleaning of cupboards dressers baseboards. Needs a really good clean, then should be perfect

The house was beautiful, but it would have been more enjoyable if instructions or advice was more forthcoming. Having printed instructions on how to work the projector would help. Adding a few creature comforts like hand towel bars and blackout curtains would be nice. But by far the most inconvenient thing was the A/C. I understand it had to work harder because of the heat, but it is programmed in the middle of the night to go back to a preset temperature which caused us to wake up sweating every night.

It is a gorgeous house. Super clean inside and out. The kitchen is so new, the backyard with heated pool and lanai cage enclosed. A big plus for a nice movie theather room. Close to many activities and beach. Highly recommend and will come back again.

The house is ok, it is good for a working class family that wants a decent weekend. Not close enough any destinations of interest.

Vivian's house is a great place well kept and a great location. We loved the house, pool and the theatre room. Vivian was very responsive to our calls and questions and was kind enough to extend our checkout time since our flight was late in the evening. We loved the stay and would come back again. Purvin

House is in a perfect spot to get away from the crowds at the beach! Great house with fun features (like the movie room and pool!) We very much enjoyed our time, and Vivian was a great host and took care of one minor issue we had quickly.

This property is exactly as advertised. Very clean and well kept. The backyard space is great. Huge covered patio and the kids loved the pool. The layout of the home is perfect for a traveling family, there are so many convenient and high quality details. The owners have done a great job with the place. We really enjoyed the home theatre in the evenings, it is top notch.

The villa is one of the best that we have found in 30 years of renting in this part of the world. We had a couple of problems that were quickly attended to by the property manager and we were comfortable there. Until the air conditioning failed, and, sadly, could not be quickly fixed which resulted in us having to leave and find alternative accommodation. We are an elderly couple with some mobility issues, but the villa was fine for us. Everything was neat and tidy and the home is well equipped. The location is very central for either the beaches or Tampa and there are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby.

The house is beautiful, big, and clean. We really enjoyed the theater. The house is equipped with everything except for shampoo and bodies wash. The house can use some new white bath towels. We definitely will come back.

My wife and kids traveled here and with it being everyone’s first time to Florida with the exception of me they loved it we all wanted to pack up and move we had a absolute blast and can’t waIt to start planning our next trip back

There were 2 adult couples that stayed in this home which was well suited for our needs. We enjoyed the pool area and theater room, it was in a very convenient location for us.

The house is very clean. The pool and porch area is great. The location is minutes from the airport and a nice drive to the coast.

We had a fabulous stay at Highpoint. It had all of the amenities we were looking for, including a great pool, which our daughters loved! The check-in and check out processes were smooth and it was easy to communicate with the host.

This house is great! We stayed a week. Everything was as listed. It was clean, homey and tastefully decorated. It’s supplied well with ample towels and kitchen utensils. Except a pizza cutter which wasn’t a big deal we used a scissors. :) We used the pool most evenings after our day out and even the movie room which wasn’t a huge draw for me but it was a cooler week and ended up being a nice night cap for our evenings. It is a great location for beaches and activities around Tampa.

This location was great for easily visiting multiple places (Saint Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, etc), but we didn't have to be in the crowds. The pool was perfect for morning and evening swims before and after excursions. We enjoyed the TV room on the rainy day and in the evenings when we were tired. All of the upgrades spoiled us.

Property was beautiful and clean. Hosts were attentive. This home doesn’t have a true hot tub but the tub area and pool were so relaxing. I would stay again!
