This is a spectacular home. There was so much room and so accommodating to the needs of our 20 month old granddaughter. The downstairs game room and kids cave were every childs, young and old, dream. It was nice to have that to come home to every evening. It was also great to have indoor activities due to the cold weather. We could not have asked for more.

We stayed for two days but wish we had longer at the house. It was fantastic! We had kids 7 and 9 and it was non stop action. The video games and air hockey were a huge bonus. The house was fully stocked, laundry detergent and fabric softener was provided (or left by someone) and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided as well. Had both coffee pot and Kuerig. It’s in a quiet location, most of the neighborhood are rentals. About 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City but it’s a quick and pretty drive. While in Branson, we only stay at Adam’s properties for the cleanliness.

Was the perfect home and pool set up for small kids. Would highly reccomend.

Our ladies Bible study group came down for a weekend trip to Sight and Sound Theater. Great location - only a few minutes from Sight and Sound and a few other spots we wanted to visit. Great communication with the property mamager. We will visit again.

We loved it here. Beautiful scenery. Still close enough to everything but more secluded and quiet. The kids absolutely loved the slide and it kept them busy when we we’re back at the house relaxing from a busy day.

Our family stayed here for 4 nights with a 2, 8 and 10 year old. This is one of the coolest VRBOs we have ever rented! The cave slide was a huge hit with all of the kids! Between the slide, arcade and board games, and the neighborhood pool, they would have been entertained all week even if we had no other plans! Great location, host was very responsive. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family looking to stay in Branson...although I'm not sure I want to let the secret out! ;)

This was our second time staying in this house. The grandkids love the slide and kid cave. Communication with the owner was great. We would stay here again.

House was clean, in a great location, and the slide was a definite hit for the kids (& adults). The property managers were very communicative & super helpful! Definitely will book again!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Plenty of room for everyone. Our kids really enjoyed the games, slide, and air hockey. One of the games did take our quarters and not work properly. We had a great time and would stay here again. Most importantly for us the beds were comfortable.

Excellent location to explore Branson. House was great for our group of 4 kids and 4 adults. Kids loved the slide and game room.

Check in was fast and easy. Had issues with the code but Brittany was available through phone and text. The curves getting there felt dangerous and forever. But it all compensated with the amazing view in the back. Definitely will try to come back here again. Thank you guys 😊

This property was excellent as advertised. The house was clean, comfortable, and it easily accommodated our family of six. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property 4 years ago for a Nationals Dance competition and when we found out we were coming back, we did not hesitate to book again. The house fit three families comfortably. The location to Branson Landing and other attractions is what led us here in the first place and the neighborhood is perfect to connect with other families staying as well. The property manager answered our questions immediately and even stopped out quickly to replace a smoke detector battery that was on a 20 foot ceiling. The added slide from the kitchen down to the basement was awesome - let's just say we had a lot of friends stop over to take a few turns. We will not hesitate to stay here again. Also, a 2nd pool was just opened while we were there so more pool space is exactly what the neighborhood needed.

My 4 year-old grandson loved the slide! Many extra things we needed were there- the owners thought of everything! It’s also hard to find places that have king size beds in all bedrooms. That was important for us. The ONLY bad experience of staying here was the lack of parking. There is a driveway that accommodates 2 cars but we had 3. The gravel lot across the street is supposed to accommodate extra cars but it was ALWAYS full of people parking there to walk to the pool. Multiple signs were posted that parking on the street wasn’t allowed. We actually had to drive one of our cars and leave it in a public parking lot because we had nowhere to park it. Everything was perfect though except for the parking problem. I still love this place and hope they try to add more parking in the future.

The property is just as described in listing. The Kid Cave and tube slide provided plenty of entertainment for small children, teenagers, and even adults. The host was quick at answering all questions and concerns. I will stay at this property again if I’m ever back in the area.

The house was perfect for our family. The kids loved the video games (we took lots of quarters) and the air hockey table. There was plenty of room for everyone. The slide was a hit with the kids. The location was great; we were within 15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. Being within walking distance of the pool was definitely a plus. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We traveled from Colorado with our 5 year old son and the grandparents for our stay in Branson. This home was perfect for our stay with fun for the kiddo and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Great neighborhood with a pool that was never too crowded and close to all the great activities. I would highly recommend!

Very clean and spacious property! Kids were entertained entire time- would definitely book again!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, including clubhouse staff. We received a text from Mary on the day of our stay, and the communication was great. Very clean home and clubhouse. The boys enjoyed playing pool and foosball at the clubhouse. I recommend taking Tupperware or foil if you plan to save leftovers but otherwise everything we needed in the kitchen was there. You can hear everything going on downstairs (like the air hockey table clanking and the kids talking) because it is open. The kids were disappointed that the pinball machine wasn’t there. The other arcade game didn’t work and took our quarters. One side of the air hockey table has something wrong with it so the puck would jump out if you made it (which led to many arguments with teenage boys.) We rented this house for those amenities in particular so that the kids would have something to keep them occupied while we weren’t out and about. If those issues are corrected, it would be the perfect place. Washer and dryer were extremely fast and we had plenty of towels for our 8 people. They literally have everything you need. Just bring your clothes and personal items.

The property was highly functional for children fun! The memories my grandkids have sliding down the slide with create wonderful memories for years to come! The managers were exceptional and available for last minute changes and work arounds. This property is exceptional for family gatherings.

The house was so nice and in a great location just minutes from all attractions. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with anything you need. Enjoyed staying here and will again in the future.

We had such a great time staying here! A large table for family dinner and board games. Comfortable and stylish rooms throughout. All of the comforts of home without the stress. We loved the kids cove and slide— you can’t get this anywhere else. The covered and screened in patio makes for perfect nature connections no matter the weather. A nature trail just outside the door, and a little neighborhood park! This neighborhood is quiet and cozy. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. I would give extra stars if I could!

This is our third year of staying at this property over Thanksgiving week. The house is open floor plan, and located in a great neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Beds are nice and comfortable. There were nine of us and we didn't feel crowded at all.

We had 8 kids from almost 2 to 10 years old and they all had the best trip ever because of this home! We can not wait to come back and stay here again!

We LOVED this property. The slide is just the icing on the cake. Plenty of room to spread out, perfect place to hang out while it rained and the kitchen was fully stocked with the right tools to do all our cooking right there. Communication good, location good, nothing to complain about.

Would recommend this location to anyone and everyone! We had everyone from a grandparent to age 5 stay and had a wonderful time! Perfect location, extremely clean, and contact was great! Will be back!
