This property is not newly renovated. The floors were sticky and the paint on the cabinets were peeling. The rugs and sofas had stains on them and we could tell the coffee table hadnt been cleaned. There is a rather large cleaning fee attached so I expected it to be clean. There was also a note stating that you couldn't touch the thermostat and to reach out to the owner to adjust it. I did reach out and he never responded.

We rented this property briefly while we were remodeling our home. It was our second rental for the same purpose. While we enjoyed our stay, the only things lacking were updated kitchen appliances and utensils.

This is a very nice house. It is not really 5 bedroom because one is just a futon bed in the office. The loft overlooking the living is nice. Pong table was great for the kids.

I agree with the other reviews that note the property could use a good, deep clean and a little TLC. It’s definitely a rental property, but I think it’s well priced for what it is. I think the only thing really would’ve liked to see was the floors mopped more thoroughly before we arrived. 1. The property manager was super nice and accommodating when I asked for last minute late checkout. I dropped the ball by forgetting to discuss it with them earlier and I really appreciated their responding to my request and being flexible. 2. The house could use repainting and there are multiple holes/dings in walls from doors and possible previously hung items. It didn’t bother me, but I mention it to set expectations. 3. The kitchen had a decent number of pans an eclectic collection of other essentials. Well enough equipped for casual cooking, but I wouldn’t plan anything extensive. Had an air fryer and K-cup. The grill was working and had propane, which was great. 4. The house had some nice touches and cute furnishings. Loved the strung lights in the backyard, though we didn’t spend a ton of time out there. They have multiple workspaces set up throughout the house that could definitely be useful. Ping pong table was a fun addition for sure! 6. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were fresh and clean. 7. I love finding places that can accommodate gatherings! I hosted a ladies night/moms night out & appreciated the spaciousness of the house for hosting. It worked out well!

Is in a good location. The neiborhood is quiet. Has everything that you need.

We really enjoyed ourselves and the fun didn't end when we went back to the vrbo. My teenager and young adult children played ping pong til the early morning hours. We had a blast and everything was very clean. The only thing I could complain about was the trash bends outside had no room to put the trash in and there were maggots in them, but that is because the trash pick up was not until Thursday. There are holes in the walls and some have been patched, but the only thing that was slightly scary was the bannister for the stairs. Thank you and yes I would stay again.

Our team came for a soccer tournament and I was happy the house was big enough for all of us we loved it!

Stayed here with some friends for one night while they were visiting town. Great place for a quick stay!

Friends and I stayed at this house for a weekend while attending a conference at the Hope Center which was only 10 minutes away. It was clean and comfortable and the perfect landing spot for our group. I would rent it again.

The house was clean and tidy. It had an open floor plan which provided much space. Bedrooms were all a good size. Location was great, as it was close to just about anything and not too far from Dallas.

Nice location in Plano TX around a lot of local restaurants. House had minor issues including hole in bathroom wall and cleanliness was not the best. Nice inexpensive stay. Would stay again.

This property is in a great location. It is spacious and inviting.

The location of the home is great. It’s quiet, yet near highways and many restaurants and stores. We had great communication with the host. The home is spacious and well laid out. We’ve stayed in many vrbo and this one is the first one I’d say could use a deep spring cleaning. (Fans, walls, floorboards, kitchen shelves) The kitchen organization and kitchenware leave a lot to be desired. We may have just missed lawn day, but the lawn desperately needed mowing. With all this said, it’s a very fair price for what you do get.

This house has good potential but is not ready to be a vacation rental. It looks like a family moved out of it after many years, and it was turned into a vrbo without any deep cleaning. It has new carpet and new clean bedding so that part is good. I've never submitted a complaint or suggestions for improvement before, and I travel 4x a year minimum, but this one needs a lot of work to be ready for renting so maybe this will help the owner improve it. Master shower low water pressure. Upstairs bath/shower doesn't drain. Half bath toilet doesn't flush well. No hand towels, no kitchen towels or dishcloths, no washcloths. Very dirty except for surface cleaning (which was done), in great need of a deep cleaning, including fridge, oven, banister handrail, all cupboards and doors and drawers, and baseboards, and blinds. We actually cleaned the light switches ourselves since we had to touch them daily. No TV, can't watch news or regular channels at all. No hairdryers. The owner didn't respond to texts on the provided number. Holes in walls and old hardware still on walls where it probably broke off.

Everything was as advertised! We had a fun party! Host was very kind and communication was prompt. Highly recommend!

House is spacious , but neighbors wasn't to friendly other than that house was wonderful everything was great. Need cable to able to watch football.

Very nice home with spacious floor plan. Open concept kitchen/dining/living room downstairs along with master bedroom. Upstairs loft with ping pong table and additional bedrooms. Owner was very helpful and communicative.
