The location is the best, we've already booked this unit for next year. The value seemed pretty good. What you have to remember is that this is a Vacasa property, not a Vrbo or Airbnb. It's clean and secure, but the china and glassware is a mismatched collection from the 2nd hand store, and you better have all the little things, salt, pepper, oil if you are planning on making meals there. But the location and quiet is worth all that.

Vacasa's electronic service is problematic. They sent me e-mails asking for me to sign my confirmation even after I signed and downloaded the confirmation. When I went to the link provided to do the confirmation again, it said I typed it wrong. They sent links to review the property that then those links said the URL was wrong as well, and please type it in and this time take care to type it correctly. They sent the code to open the electronic door lock but didn't mention that you had to press the little green button after you punch the rest of the numbers. Called into Vacasa while I was at the front door, they didn't know anything, finally figured it out while I was on hold. I'm a key person. Just a bunch of details on the delivery that they aren't getting right, and there is NO one to pass this to, since if I follow the link in the e-mail for the review, it goes to........ nowhere. I'm writing this because I reserved the house again, so I have access to it's site. The maintenance on the whole unit is a little patchy. Roof patched after Hurricane Michael? They didn't replace the whole roof. Unit could use a coat of paint.
