The panoramic window is the best one can look for in every room. Every room is wood-furnished, accompanied by balcony. One can see the Kodai Lake down the valley, Mountains in the front and lush green fields beside this property. This place is located over the hill, you might need to pack Woolen, it gets pretty cold in the night (which is what you wish and expected for :) The owner of this property is helpful and a reasonable gentleman. Breakfast is served in the Restaurant 🍴but can be requested within the room. Bonfire can be arranged on prior notice, and it is chargeable. What you spend - time and money - is completely worth for this place. Tip :- This place is to chill out and appreciate the beauty, not for frequent main city travelers since it is quite far from the main city; The cabs and taxis will rip you big time.

The staff do not understand English or Hindi, therefore chances of miscommunication. Better communicate your requirements directly to Mr. Sorab.

location, view, small distance mud road giving off-roading kind of experience, wild bisons could be viewed from balcony, pet friendly, super responsive staff and owner. overall it was amazing experience. Also food was amazing

a) Nothing and its a bad experience for me & my family.

I have booked a budget room and the size of room is very small and it not comfortable for 2 members . b) Hotel is far away from the city centre and u cannot travel after 6'o clock in the evening or early morning . c) They have no restaraunt and they made the food on request .The cost of food is equal to five star hotel and the quality is very very poor . d) u cant think the cost of food and it is really high. e) the behaviour of manager is very very bad .( Eg. Before take coffee or something else ,please ask the rate ) f) Room size is very very small and it cannot accomodate 2 no's . g) No facility in the room . h) worst experience in the hotel.

Beautiful location, free breakfast, amazing host

Budget double rooms don't have much view. Lunch and dinner varieties are lean. But given the costs and that it's more like a estate stay, I can't complain.

location was great and so were the staff

it was a bit chilly in the cabin at night but I just used one the spare blankets/quilts
