Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Alekos is a really welcoming and kind host. He always helps, cooks good and is fun to talk to. Strongly recommend place in Manganitis to have a relaxed and good time.

Super location. The village of Manganitis is fantastic to stay. Alexander is a man with a warm heart and really takes care of his guests. He took us with his boat to Seychelles beach and cooked 2 times for us. Our 3 children enjoyed it very much. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. We hope to come back next year!

I think that the room needs renovation bathroom was clean but there was dust at the furniture

The Owner was exceptionally welcoming and treated me and my friend like his own- he made us breakfast and lunch and took us out on his boat so we could see other parts of the island, all free of charge. Would definitely recommend if your looking for an authentic experience

The location is beautiful but is far away from Evdilos port. Taxis aren’t too expensive though

The view to the sea on one side view of mountains on the other. The room was very clean and spacious, it's a very pretty place. The host was so helpful in sorting out a problem with our hired car, he got the company to bring another car! I was well impressed. I was also unwell, He is nice, very caring and compassionate offered us food and rest.

it wasn’t clean , Alexandros said he has no cleaner. He sat right next to us every time we sat outside, so we had to stay inside . He used outside sink on shared veranda to do the most disgustingly long and loud hawking and throat clearing I’ve ever seen or heard outside india ! it made us all want to throw up ! He pleaded with us to give him top marks for cleanliness . We’d paid for six nights but left after two nights, so we lost a lot of money . He needs to hire a full time cleaner , stop hawking and stop being unwanted company . Then it’d be a pretty good place.

Alekos is one of the most welcoming and autentic pepole, he dont smile for no reason, but his heart is as big as an elepant. Ill love to come again. It made me fell The real grèek experince. And he invite to his house like family and offer me a ride to agios kyriakos..

Didn't have breakfast. Location remote and only a couple of open tavernas in village, but expected that. I had my own transport, scooter, which I think was necessary. I tried to reach Seychelles Beach but couldn't find it! I have been there before.

Alex invited us to taste his home-cooked food and the amazing fish he fished. Very nice hospitality!!

The owner is a very friendly and kind man. I had a room with a kitchenette and private bathroom, all air conditioned. The village is peaceful and relaxing. Ideal for those, who need to chill out in traditional Greek surroundings. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Location with an astonishing view! Alex the host was warm, lively and friendly, showed us around the area of Maganitis and took us to Seychelles beach with his charming boat. Would recommend this place if you want real authentic Greek welcome! Hope be back soon 🤍

The owner entertained me very well, he let me eat with his family fresh fish from sea, he always chacked if everything is OK, and if im not hungery. I recommend this place to every one.

The amfitrion is excellent, he cooked for us fress fish and took us on his boat to the nearby beaches!
