The location is perfect and in walking distance of the promenade and main beach.
Various restaurants and bars are also in walking distance and so too the mall.
Solar power is installed in the apartment which is well equipped for self catering.
Safe parking is also available in the basement and the apartment block has secure access to all floors.
There is a small balcony that leads out from the bedroom which gives beautiful views of the sea and spectacular sun rises.
The bedroom cupboard door hinge is loose although there are 2 others holding the door.
There was a strong wind the one evening and the wind noise from the bedrooms sliding door kept me up just about all night. Perhaps the sealing rubber/sponge can be improved.
Although the bed is very comfortable, the pillows are not. They are hard resulting in an uncomfortable sleeping posture and neck stiffness the following days.
The light above the mirror in the bathroom does not work.

Location very good. Security excellent. Furniture, utensils and equipment new and high quality.
The apartment is on the 7th floor and during loadshedding the elevators don't work. On the morning of our departure there was no running water. There are 3 remote controls for the sound system, TV and pay channel but no instructions how to use them. The result was very weak TV reception.

Nightmare of noise with Invertor not working screaming noises day & night from it not fit for humans scaring you thinking the place will burn down not knowing what the alarm/noises mean. Mind you this is on 7th floor the lifts dont work during loadshedding so its stairs up and down killing u if u unfit plus no spare lights complete darkness we should have been told the invertor is broken and making such noises.

Location was ideally situated in the hart of ridge road in the middle of all the restaurants. Nice view and spacious. Very well priced especially for business travel where each rand spend is analysed. Wont mind to stay there every time I go to Umhlanga.
Hair dryer was not in the unit for first few days. was resolved however. Finding the parking was a mission as the contact on the site had me searching for a black gate while the gate was white. Had to go back and collect the guard to take me to the parking gate.

close to the shop
there was no water we were not even alert about the shortage of water the place became unbearable to stay because there was no water , we had to drive for 30mins so that we can bath

The place was clean. Lovely shower, comfortable bedding. Beautiful big bedroom
The AC did not work properly. It was really hot. Need a tv In the bedroom.

Floor space and quality of furnishing are superb, the location makes everything very accessible.
No information was supplied as to when room cleaning would happen and not expecting that we would get a cleaner come in after a few days, we were surprised to find that someone was in the apartment when we were gone. This and the fact that the safe was unusable as the batteries were dead and the keys didn't work, make it a bit worrisome to leave valuables around.

Poor communication up to and on day of arrival.
I had to call the property who advised I had to go to security within the complex to collect the key. However, this was not the case as we had to walk to an external security office to collect the keys.
On arrival I said I was to collect the keys, and was not challenged to advise my name or provide ID - I could have been anyone!
Although clean and with standard facilities we felt we had been transported to the 1970's as the decor and furnishings looked from that era.

Great and convenient location.
I was booked there for 10 night and place only got cleaned twice! Checked in Sunday, they cleaned on Wednesday and Friday and never cleaned again.
