Beliggenheden i Stavanger

Udleveringen af nøgler fungerede ikke specielt godt. Skulle være lagt frem i automatisk udlevering, men det var den ikke. Det var enormt svært at få fat på receptionen via telefonen. Det oplyst nummer på døren mm var til en anden afdeling i Oslo. Ved omstilling ingen svar. Først da personalet kom kørende retur , lykkedes det at få fat på dem og så fik vi nøglen udleveret. Måske var vi bare uheldige. Sengen på værelset var anført som en dobbeltseng, men det var kun en trekvart seng (140 cm i bredden). Var meget følsom.

We booked two bedrooms so it’s convenient that kids don’t sleep in the sofa bed in living room. Also each bedroom has own bathroom which I like it a lot. When we checked in the original apartment wasn’t ready. The staff changed a bigger apartment for us immediately. So we had a comfortable stay during our visit in Stavanger.

No foot Mat in the bathroom.

The shower and stove top were broken and didn’t work for half my stay

The electric technics in the room don’t work properly. The studio have a kitchenette where you have electric burner which works very slow, you can hardly fry a egg, it takes a very long time. Forget to fry salmon steak if you think you can have some fun with it after buying it cheap from fish market. Room heater or central cleaning doesn’t works at all and the room cleaner will knock the door at your last day of checking to remind you that you have a check out and you need to leave so that they can clean the room and prepare for another customer even before the check out time at 11:00

The location was very good, having a studio apartment and access to a washing machine and dryer was very handy .

It was clean, quiet, spacious, and close from the bus and train station (esp the bus station is right in front of the hotel). Staffs are friendly, I also liked the bakery & restaurant on the ground floor. There’s a big supermarket 5min by walk from the hotel.

They don’t clean the room or change towels if you don’t stay longer than 4nights. I didn’t mind of cleaning the room but I really wanted to change the towels after two nights. The staff told me that I need to pay around €6 to change the towels. I mean, I would buy new towels with that price. I would have brought some towels from home if I knew it in advance. Except for this, everything was nice and cozy.
