De locatie was mooi, het ontbijt goed. De omgeving was mooi. Na onze kamer te hebben opgewaardeerd hadden we een mooie plek in het hotel zelf met balkon en uitzicht.

De kamer die we eerst hadden geboekt lag ver van het hotel af, dit wisten we pas bij aankomst. Om die reden hebben we extra betaald en een andere kamer gekregen.

Hotelli rahastaa lemmikkihuoneiilla. Nyt kävi jo toisen kerran niin, että bookingin sivusto antaa lemmikkisuodatuksella standardhuoneita, joita ei sitten lemmikkihuoneina olekaan. Pitää upgreidata huone superiorhuoneeksi +40 € ja siihen vielä +30 € lemmikkimaksu päälle... kolmatta lertaa täällä ei tule, jos missään muualla on mahdollista yöpyä.

Good location close to the cross-country skiing tracks. Wide selection at breakfast.

The room was very hot with poor sound-proofing and not very good air.

Read Carefully if you want to book a room in this “hotel”. - after booking confirmation and payment, once at the reception an extra of 95€ has been pretended for a NOT requested upgrade (we have a small dog) even if we informed about the dog by phone before booking! - very poor Wi-Fi (I travelled the world, had a better Wi-Fi even in Africa). When I asked for a better service, their proposal was to pay extra 25€ for nothing (a place in a meeting room with same connection) - bad cleaning service - bath leaking water everywhere during a normal shower - the problem is the staff service: no customer care, no attentions for any request, no facilities, no reception after 10 pm, no communication between the staff, no problem solving! Never Again!

Super nice rooms, great customer service. Hotel restaurant was superb too.

Breakfast servings weren't restocked even one hour before closing. That's a bit shame, only got salmon mousse on one day out of three. Breakfast could include more basic stuff too for wider audience.

Really nice location. Very easy to get into the national park. Really liked the breakfast options.

Rooms are quite old but clean. Could need a renovation.

Location is good for getting to the ski resort. Room had sauna and kitchenette in the room.

Bedsheets had hairs, was not completely clean. Bed was not double but rather two singles bunched together.
