Hotel is in a beautiful location near by the lakeshore. Aside of the streight sun with a wonderful view in the morning and in the evening. And with a very good breakfast as well.

Hotel is an old lovely building located in a charming area. There is free indoor parking next door. Access to the fascinating lake and city if Annecy is easy.

Dusty smell, lots of dust on the provided fan in the room. Smell of dust from the carpets.

Pretty run down hotel in nice environment. Rooms were ok but renovation especially in bathroom was awful. Even a lamp was hanging out of broken ceiling. Breakfast was a very basic espevially given the high price. Hotel needs serious improvements and is far too expensive for current level. They only profit from the nice surroundings and vicinity to Lake and Annecy.

Hotel is in the fantastic location. Close to Annecy in a quite romantic place with a short access to the lake. Good restaurants are in the neighborhood on the lake shore.

No cups/ tea making facilities. No aircon or fan in the room (small bench top fan provided on request- it was 38 degrees). Over priced for what is offered.

The owner wasn't so courteous with customers, fortunately I didn't pay for the breakfast in advance, it was awful but unfortunately I had to look somewhere else to get one

Beautiful location with Views over Lake Annecy which is within 400m. Very friendly & helpful manager who speaks excellent english. Good breakfast & dinner.

Really simple and small room, the bed was very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on it, the room was super hot at night but they didn't provide a fan or air conditioner. It is too expensive for what they offer.

The staff was friendly. They did make the effort to provide me with a vegan dinner.

The rooms were not at all satisfactory for the high rates charged. There was no tea or coffee, electric kettle, in the rooms, which every hotel provides nowadays.

Very pleasant hotel, my room had a nice view on the lake. Breakfast was also good with rather good quality products, as long as you are okay with basic French breakfast. Obviously correct location if you are looking to be nearby the lake.

Staff not really around... had to wait, walk and look for staff members for informations. On the 1st floor, you can get a view on the lake, but it turns out that you are also facing the street, which can be very loud sometimes.

No lift

The location in Veyrier-du-Lac made it easy to access Annecy and go around the lake; we could also walk down to the beach which with a heat wave was a godsend. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful.

The room was tiny, really too small to be a quadruple room with 4 beds as we barely had any room to move around. No dressers or places to get organized, or extra amenities of any kind (fridge, AC...). Everything in the room felt tired. We had a heat wave and requested a fan, it was broken. Because of the heat we slept with the 1 window open but were right on a very busy street so no rest for us... Overall this place has amazing potential but it was a very subpar experience. Avoid the restaurant!
