We hebben diverse mensen bij de receptie ontmoet en ze waren allemaal even vriendelijk. Ook fijn: we kregen een week voor aankomst een keurige uitleg hoe we het best naar het hotel konden reizen, met kortingtips voor de S-bahn. Het ontbijt is netjes verzorgd met voldoende variatie. We hadden een vijfpersoonskamer nodig en die vonden we in dit hotel: ruim genoeg met ook voldoende hangertjes, kastjes, stopcontacten. Ondanks dat we midden in het centrum zaten, een rustig plekje. Veel restaurants in de directe omgeving!

Het douchegordijn is wat ouderwets. De directe omgeving doet wat unheimisch aan.

Great hotel, central location

Wybrałam ten hotel z uwagi na bliskość Theresienwiese i było warto. Oktoberfest na wyciągnięcie ręki. Hotel jest w starej kamienicy, ale ładnie urządzony. Pokój wygodny, czysty, w łazience kosmetyki, suszarka. Dobre, urozmaicone śniadania i bardzo miła obsługa, chętnie służąca pomocą. Parking na kilka samochodów i pomimo, że rezerwowałam pobyt w grudniu 2022 r to na miejsce nie zasłużyłam. Ale niedaleko jest parking, który dla gości hotelu jest o 50% tańszy. Hotel polecam, bo w czasie Oktoberfest jest jeszcze nie najdroższy i wygodny.

Mało przyjemny widok z okna, słabe wyciszenie, wszystko słychać z korytarza.

Really comfortable with very nice rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The complimentary water was a big bonus after having to pay €3 plus elsewhere. The hotel was very clean and felt safe.

Our only downsides were that the shower and toilet design wasn’t great as it got soaking wet after a shower and that there was no air conditioning, although fans were provided it was still very hot.

It was convenient to the train station. The breakfast was nice. Staff were nice.

The neighborhood is not great, and the accommodations for a family of 4 was quite cramped.

We asked for two separate beds, and this was an important criterion when choosing the hotel. When we arrived, the personnel said that there were no rooms with two separate beds. Full stop. They added that it is not their fault, "the Booking's system is the problem, you can request us a favour, but we are not obliged to honour it, talk to Booking about this". Several minutes later, they found a room for disabled people, and it had two separate beds. However, one bed was a medical / hospital reclining bed, and we did not find it comfortable.

Room was clean and comfortable

I booked this hotel months ago and it was to include breakfast. Two days before I arrived I got word that my credit card has the wrong expiration date and my reservation will be cancelled. I immediately attempted to update my credit card info with Booking.com but had the most difficult time. I finally received notice that my information was updated but the next day Booking cancelled my reservation. I had to re-book my stay as soon as I discovered that cancellation. However, I was charged more for my stay and the hotel would not include breakfast unless I paid 12 Euros per person per day. For as much as I paid for the room you would think they would include a small breakfast but NO they did not. Terrible customer service!!!

Lack of hot water and electric kettle.

Front desk and breakfast staff were courteous and helpful, the whole process was seamless and very professional. We were able to leave our bags before checking in while we explored. Breakfast was very tasty - flavoursome fresh selections with incredible rye bread and traditional bread rolls. Small, comfortable, very clean room with a hairdryer and some soaps and an abundance of power outlets. Beds and bedding are super comfortable. Great advice and communication from Roxana and the team regarding our late check in and transport to and from airport. Very close to central transport hub and the HOFBRÄUHAUS.

Entry corridor street is a bit gross as people are always smoking there. Rooms and bathrooms are small. In the bathroom the whole floor and washbasin area gets soaked from the shower. Towels are minuscule. No aircon so it was rather warm. There are some morally questionable establishments down the road.
