Koncertre érkeztünk, egy éjszakát foglaltunk. Tökéletes volt az elhelyezkedése és az apartman is megfelelő volt

I was not always able to connect to the WiFi, but no problems about the property itself, great hotel.

Everything was perfect. Perfect cleaning, perfect room . Really nice with a wall separwting the kids beds from the adult beds. Private bathroom, tv, table.with chairs if you want to eat or brunch. Place to wash your dishes.

Not fresh , no one talk english

You got what you paid for. Every country has a different standard and breakfast. We were pleased. Three stars hotel, decent breakfast, clean rooms, good location - near the metro M2 that gets you to the city centre, tram and bus station. A bit noisy in the evening as it is located near the main road which we expected. The staff was nice and helpful.

Parking is very limited and once the place is full, you have to park in the street and the pay-time starts at 8,00 - we were fined at 8,00..

Upon arrival, our first impression was met with a disheveled and sweaty-looking staff member, accompanied by loud music playing. It was surprising to encounter such loud music when we arrived late at 1 AM. Despite their website stating that the staff could speak English, they couldn't communicate in English at all. This added to the initial disappointment. The room felt very unclean and unkempt, prompting us to leave the hotel after only 5 minutes. To our dismay, they refused to refund our payment. Overall, the experience was far from pleasant, and we were disappointed with the lack of professionalism and cleanliness at the hotel.

The staff appeared to be under the influence and were unable to communicate effectively. The air quality was poor, and the rooms were extremely small and cramped. We advise checking the rooms before making any payments.
