Struttura bellissima e ben attrezzata, con personale gentile e molto pulita. Siamo stati una notte di passaggio quindi non abbiamo usufruito dei vari servizi. Un po' fuori dal centro della città ma nel nostro caso ci spostavamo in automobile.

Unica nota "negativa" l'arredamento vecchiotto, un classico di una gloria di una ventina di anni fa, ma comunque dignitoso e pulito.

Vam dormir molt molt bé, no es sentia cap soroll del carrer ni d'altres habitacions. L'esmorzar fantàstic i boníssim.

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen und waren von der Suite begeistert. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war wunderschön weihnachtlich geschmückt, die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel und die Möglichkeit Essen auf das Zimmer zu bestellen, haben alles PERFEKT gemacht. Das Essen vom Restaurant war super lecker.

Das Frühstück hat den Erwartungen entsprochen, wobei ich bei einer Italienreise keine großen Hoffnungen in ein Frühstück investiere. Ich habe den Kaffee probiert und bin dann gegangen.

I didn't like that when making a reservation, it says the final price that includes everything, and when you book a room, you get an email saying that you still have to pay some kind of fee. Everything else was up to par and as described.

Everything! We also received an upgrade to the gold suite. It was a dream. It wasn’t our first time in this hotel and it will definitely not be our last!

Ample parking and easy to get to town on the number 20 bus. Staff very polite and helpful. Real coffee at breakfast made to order. Location very quiet and peaceful but easy to reach from motorway. Lots of towels and they were of a good size too. Lovely fresh fruit at breakfast and public areas good. This is a conference hotel as feels like it

Room was tired, we asked for double Bed and got the usual 2 singles but they hadn’t been joined by a sheet and would have slipped apart even if made up as a double. We could hear the shower from the room above. Shower was small and leaked.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, plenty of parking.

Breakfast could be more various

Love this hotel. It feels welcoming, grand and modest at the same time. Excellent foyer, friendly and efficient reception, good rooms with air conditioning , which you really need in Italy and a refreshing pool. Bathrooms are spacious and well-supplied. Dinner in the Garganelli is amazing. My favourite restaurant in North Italy. I would have my wedding there, if I did it again. They organise taxis for you to get into city centre in 5 minutes. Convenient by taxi from airport. Fridge in rooms is helpful. Pool towels are 2 euros for your stay. Poolside is not too busy.

The only thing I complain about in this delightful hotel is the included breakfast. I say this every year. I might not make it to breakfast next time. The coffee and orange juice are poor. Machine-made. Cakes, breads and croissants are fine. Scrambled eggs are nearly nice. If you made fresh delicious coffee and orange juice, you would deserve 10/10.

A beautiful hotel with a clean room. The balcony was a perfect size and made a huge difference to our enjoyment of our stay. The pool was a great plus and the reason we choose this hotel. The hotel is 15 minutes from the city so it’s nice and quiet- 15/17 euros in a taxi to the city. The hotel is very pretty with a gorgeous garden at the front.

The pool was busy and the beds very close to each other, it felt like we sunbathing in someone’s garden but it was nice for what we needed. Only one restaurant and as the hotel is not close to another eatery you have not much choice to eat there and it was very expensive.

We chose this place because one of the two couples came by car and the hotel provides parking space. The city centre is easy to reach by bus. Buses were frequent (yet very crowded). Hotel staff was lovely.

Sound insulation could be improved; we stayed above the pool and breakfast area and we heard people lounging and moving chairs even with the windows closed. We found the pool smaller that it looked in the pictures but overall decent.

The room was very clean and the swimming pool was very relaxing. The breakfast was really good. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The air conditioning was not working properly.

Breakfast was fresh with a good assortment of items to choose from.

The mattress was made from memory foam with indentations from the many bodies that have slept there before so it was not very comfortable.

Great place to relax and lounge around the pool for a bit of tourist respite. Room good enough. Restaurant fantastic food and service in lovely setting.

Bit of a hike to get public bus to city centre.

The food in the restaurant was exceptional. The preparation and presentation was very nice. The staff was attentive and helpful.

Very loud noise at night. Hotel has multiple functions on, with music, catering etc. we had a terrible meal because the kitchen was ‘in chaos’. Unfriendly staff who didn’t want to help.

Fabulous place.

Nice room and comfy beds with large balcony. Staff were lovely. Good bus service into the city. Breakfast was good.

Location for us was too far out from the city but the transport system was good. We just spent a lot of time travelling to and fro. Too many business conferences so the restaurant was fully booked.

Relaxing spacious area. Staff friendly and helpful especially the reception staff. Very clean. Breakfast plenty of choice. Lovely gardens.

If there is a negative it is that there is nothing near by so when they shut the restaurant for a function there was nowhere within walking distance to eat.
