The location was fabulous. In the centre and next to a beautiful park. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Communication with the hotel prior to and during the visit was great too.

Lovely place to crash just before starting El Camino. Welcome with a smile by the lovely lady at the reception, very quick with all the formalities before handing us the key to our room. The place itself is very clean and well looked after.

A Great hotel is made by the staff. From those people at the reception desk to housekeeping staff. I really like Oviedo, and the staff made it a memorable trip. They bridged the gap in my lack of Español, and they are very nice humans. The Fruela is a lovely hotel, and just up the street from the centre of the city, and lined with a number of nice restaurants, one of which is the Fruela's. If you go to Oviedo, stay at the Fruela.

The location of the Hotel was incredible - close to the center and easily reachable by public transportation. We loved being right in the middle of everything, but removed enough that it wasn't too noisy at nighttime. Our room was ready before check-in time, so we could settle all of our things early, and after check-out, the hotel held on to our bags until we were scheduled to be leaving Oviedo - all very convenient! The room was beautifully decorated, so cozy, and included a very luxurious bathroom. We loved our stay at Hotel Fruela and will book again when returning to Oviedo in the future!

The location is amazing, so central! I requested for a room with a terrace or balcony so I would be able to smoke and they made sure to give me one. The decoration of the room is nice and the bed comfortable. The lighting is incredible.

The main door of the rooms should be changed because they are like paper and you wake up from the noise of other guests and the cleaning ladies vacuum. They should also renovate the plumbing.

Everything was great.

We had a small room but it had everything we needed. Nice powerful shower and big fluffy towels. Breakfast was extra at the sister hotel across the road - it was quite expensive but very good, great selection of food.

The breakfast, everything felt from the day before, I couldn't even eat the bread, it was supposed to open at 7:30 and at that time the person who prepared the food had not yet arrived, but we all have problems and I understand it, but that the products denoted or from the previous day, that can make anyone sick.

Central,smart, very nice bathroom, good decor if a bit over the top with lighting!

The listing on booking.com said balcony and air-conditioning, also we asked for double bed. Non of these with the small but otherwise nice room. A very hot few days, but when we asked how the air conditioning worked,we were told it was turned off and now only heating as October!! We had the window open but very noisy at night as opened onto a busy street.
