La habitación está bien

La mujer que atiende es bastante odiosa... Cuesta entenderla cuando habla en inglés... Cuando escuches twelveth, quiere decir two. Cuando escuches fourth, quiere decir first. Mejor hubiese hablado en italiano. Nos enteramos después de salir del hotel que nos tenía que dar una tarjeta para descuentos en San Marino. Por suerte la gente de San Marino es muy amable.

I had a very pleasant stay here. Room was clean and sufficiently equipped; staff were accommodating and it’s location was ideal for exploring San Marino.

locatie op loopafstand (wel een stevige klim!) van het dalstation van de kabelbaan naar de oude stad. royale kamer met een balkon. en de prijs was ook in orde.

weinig personeel dus soms was het zoeken naar iemand… het restaurant is dicht maar een eindje verderop is een trattoria/pizzeria waar je prima en niet duur kunt eten (veel beter geprijsd dan de restaurants boven in de oude stad!).

There was no notice in English for breakfast times. When we came down at 9.00 the staff were a little cross and said we were late and had to eat in the bar.

Very nice hotel with ample facilities in the room (air conditioner, fridge). Very nice staff and enjoyable breakfast. Ample parking. Used our own car for the short drive up to San Marino centro storico where ample car parking (paid) is available.

Not to far from the San marino castle liberty square and would recommend a restaurant called La Vecchia Fonte about 5 minute walk from hotel

Large room and bathroom.

It is in Borgo Maggiore, down, not in old town San Marino , up. Despite the room has balcony, I can not smoke on it, and the hotel is on the highway and you have nowhere to cross

Location is good, view the is breathtaking

Breakfast variety could be improved, room key was a struggle

the staff was very accommodating. it was the perfect location for what I needed.

Not many crosswalks on either side of road for bus stops

On a busy road so noisy if had window open, air con wasn't great and not able to provide vegan breakfast.

Situation géographique

The mattresses were very uncomfortable, after asking at the reception if we could change rooms we were told it was impossible. The receptionist proposed to put a top mattresse which would have been accessible. Unfortunately the manager refused ! So we decided to leave. To wich the manager asked us t pay another 36.5€ on top of the room we had already paid in advance (78€) Strange way to treat a paying customer !

A lovely view of San Marino from the balcony. Grateful to be able to leave our luggage after check out. A pleasant lady checked us in. It's on the bus route from Rimini. The bus runs hourly during the day

It's a long, steep walk up to San Marino town. The cable car is about twenty minutes walk and this would be recommended over a taxi, which cost 25Euros. If you need three single beds, make sure you request this in the special requests message to the hotel as it does not seem to recognise the request on the Booking.com website and we were given a double and a single. As three adults we were also only provided with two sets of towels, shampoo etc.
