il personale era molto poco educato e ci ha accolti malamente fin dal primo momento, il parcheggio faceva schifo, non era attaccato all'hotel e costava troppo per quello che era, poichè era pure abbandonato anche la colazione è esagerata, 8 euro a persona quando nella prenotazione ti dicevano che la colazione era inclusa. la camera andava a pezzi e i letti erano scomodissimi, l'aria condizionata non funzionava tanto bene per non parlare della doccia e del phon che ci abbiamo messo anni a capire che era un phon poichè era solo un tubo incastrato nel muro. anche le donne delle pulizie sono state scortesi, nessuno del personale ringraziava e nessuno ci parlava educatamente. l'unica cosa bella era la posizione, attaccato al mc donald, alle palestre e ai centri estetici e a pochissimi passi dal mare ma per il resto, vi consiglio di non andarci.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was big enough for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable. Good value for the money.

We could hear the noise from outside through the closed windows. If you are a foreigner like us and you don’t know Ventimiglia the location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center and at night seemed a bit unsafe.

Very close to the beach. Had everything we needed :airco and parking.

No parking spot. On booking was filter that parking is secured for customers.

this is the most terrible hotel, old, there is no room in the room. it looks like you are a storekeeper... we arrived in the evening and found the window open because the room smelled strongly of mold and like an elderly person who doesn't take care of himself... at first we wanted to leave right away. but the husband told me to stay because it was already late... no hot water... I brushed my teeth in the morning, waiting by the car... I just don't have the words...

Noise from the street was terrible. It was impossible to regulate room temperature so it was too cold and we couldn't find any extra bedding

The lady receptionist was so helpful and spoke English (my Italian is limited). The bed was so comfy.

The WiFi didn’t work. Don’t bother with hotel breakfast! It’s very basic and not worth €6, go to McDonalds which is directly opposite the hotel.
