The family rooms very spacious and modern. The staff work very hard and try their best to try and keep guests happy.

Too much noise. The pool has booming music, the entertainment has booming microphone & music and the neighboring hotel has booming music at night that echos so loudly it keeps block 1 awake until all hours. Very overcrowded & too many people for the size of the complex. Sun beds crammed together around the pools but still not enough for everyone. Queuing constantly to get food or a drink and too many people in the dining hall so its hard to get a table.

it was very clean and the layout meant you didn’t feel the hotel was as busy as it actually was.

the meal choice for late dinner was a little too limited, but otherwise excellent.

90% of staff are super friendly - some waitresses are not so pleasant to deal with / porter also was not happy with his tip on day one which he clearly showed us recommendation: offer indoor seats for the theme dinner (but chilly in May for evening outdoor dining )

I absolutely enjoyed my entire stay in the Rodos Princess beach hotel. I was very happy with the room, the beautiful view and the entertainment for the kids. Also the food was delicious. I had a great time, and can not wait to come back!

We have returned to the hotel the second time in a row. It is just a perfect location to spend a relaxing autumn week in Rodos. The hotel offers full board which is just excellent food all day long, the location and the facilities satisfy everyone from singles and couples to families with children of any age group. Staff is extremely helpful and patient, always smiling and ready to support you. It is really value for money!

Amazing high quality and very tasty food. Very nicely upheld territory, hotel has alround posh feeling to it. Kind and helpful staff, we had our every request fulfilled.

Evening discos for kids were a joke. A total mess on stage with animators having fun themselves rather than properly involving kids. Pools are a bit cold, which can be a problem for babies and todlers.

From 11:30AM full beach. From 2PM free. But it was after COVID=full hotel.

The pools, the water slides, the beach, the restaurants especially the beach diogensis. The evening entertainment was perfect for the kids (aged 6 and 8).

We liked everything! The schedule of entertainment was not always clear. A possible improvement could be to have more for day time entertainment for the kids aged 8-13. The teenagers looked like they were having a great time with their animators and the mini club was lovely for little ones. Our 6 year old loved it but it was too young for the 8 year old. The beach was lovely but the umbrellas were so close together it felt crowded.

Wasnt really all includive...too many additional fees. Poor choice of food in buffet restaurant. No choice of things to do in evening.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff super friendly, the food was excellent. Everything was just wonderful and very pampering.

I wish we could just stay another week!

We realy enjoy ower stay there, the staff was great and so the facilytise, we were also apgraded the room. The only thing that should be improved is the food. There is various choice of food but not tasty as expected. Starting from the bakery in the morning. Out of that its a great place for family vaccation and I recomand it.

Excellent food, great swimming pools, great beach (although its location is a bit remote). Our kids enjoyed the mini disco and the covered playground.

There was not much we did not like - the overall stay was excellent. These are just some minor points of constructive feedback: The music at the mini disco was way too loud, not suitable for children’s ears. If you want to spend time close to the water slides, it is a long way to walk if you want to get something to eat or drink - at least a small drinking fountain next to the slides would be useful. The snack bar often ran out of things, be it cups or plates or soft drinks. The family suite, which supposedly consists of two rooms, is really just one room, divided in two by a partition which does not even reach all the way up to the ceiling. The extra bed that we had was so creaky that it made a lot of noise at every slightest move. One morning, we were woken up by someone trimming the flowerbeds at 7 am.

Great hotel

The food definitely lets this place down

It was a lovely stay with the family. Rooms were of a good size - we had sea view rooms. Staff were always friendly and helpful, especially when I couldn't go for any meals when my daughter was unwell, the restaurant allowed my husband to bring me food. The food at the Asian restaurant was first class. Water was topped up every day and rooms cleaned daily. The children had a fabulous time at the pools and a special mention to the entertainment team for their hard work. All in all a memorable summer holiday with the whole family.

The only thing we didn't like was the smell all along the level -2 corridors and our bathroom. I noticed other guests had mentioned this in previous reviews so hopefully this cam be sorted to make the hotel a 10/10.
