Everything what a hotel need. I guess for the standards on those days some parts must be renovated for example heater, tv with netflix, hairdryer (i dont use it but for 3* hotel should be basic). At the end depends on everyones belongings.

The problem with this hatel was that a sign on the closed door informed clients that it was CERRADO for works. One was instructed to go to Hotel Carlos V near the main square of San Miguel de Tucuman, where indeed all the booking.com information about my stay was available, at a slightly higher price than what I had booked for.
Question: why was no advance notice about this situation given ¿

This hotel is exceptional...Check-in was handled speedily.The room was large and super clean.Breakfast was superb-one of the best I've had in a long time.Top marks to Samir,Ignacio,Soledad and all the staff.

The breakfast was quite good. The staff was very friendly.
The way that the shower is set up caused quite a lot of water to end up on the floor. Also, the tub was high off the floor, so getting in and out of the shower would cause problems for someone without good balance.

Staff were excellent. Very accommodating. Rooms cleaned every day. Location central, not noisey. Easy to book excursions via reception.
Wi fi in room was poor. Reception area good. Room not as booked but was resolved.

On our last day the was a power cut. We being offered an alternative room after a little while.

They offer to me a bigger room for the same price. It is highly recommended for a few days stay.
Breakfast is not like a few months ago. But it is fare enough.

It was very cheap and centrally located.
The room was very rough around the edges and dated, the blinds didn't seem to work properly, and there was a real lack of wall sockets. The lifts had manual doors and sometimes they seemed to fail to start operating, but luckily they never stopped working once they started! Also you could hear lots of noise from various bit of machinery, you could hear the lift going all night.

difficulties to open our door everytime with the card. the clim in the room was not working as expected.
