Great place to stay literally on the beach and on the main street on St Vicenzo, walkable distance to all restaurants and shops. We stayed in double room apartment with the entrance from the street. We had a table available in the small garden in front. At the back there is a private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas included. For the sunbed and umbrella on the beach there is additional cost. However, we just went with the towel and sat on the beach. Apartment is spacious with well equipped kitchen. Coffee at additional cost is very high quality and I strongly recommend it. They will deliver fresh croissant in the morning for 1,50E. The owner Enrico is a nice guy happy to help with anything. There is private parking on site included.

There is train track going through the town and I guess you can hear from every accommodation. It runs till end in the nights and first thing in the morning. We did home office so were early up anyway but I can imagine holidays may be a bit disturbing if one has light sleep,

I only stayed 2 nights but would have loved to stay a lot longer! Great location, the pool and hydromassage were lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Didn't like leaving! Would have stayed much longer and will definitely return.

Everything!!!! Enrico was amazing, he runs a tight ship & it shows with the decor & cleanliness of the property & apartment! Speaking of ships! The place is right next to (I would say on) the sea & harbor, boasting a lot of ship masts! And, right in the downtown strip area!! The pool & deck area is large enough for all guests to enjoy! Amazing!! The rooms, beds & furniture are all in great shape. I took a chance on this sleeper town and my entire family thought we hit a home run! A great place. I highly recommend this place!

They want you to wash the dishes, no dishwasher, yet, no dish soap. Enrico, did get me some dish soap. Not a deal breaker, yet the first person I spoke too , said I had to buy it!

Rooms were cramped, not very well maintained. The sound insulation was very poor.

The place is fantastic, clean, the jacuzzi pool an extra touch. However, the two solarium towers mentioned in the announcement are only available for two apartments, therefore private. I must say that by managing 50 tourist apartments in Florence the one that left me very perplexed is the guests reception. Very cold and based on what you don' t have to break for not having to repay (I travel with my 18 year old son). there wasn' t even a bottle of water in the fridge. Basic things like oil, pepper, salt, etc., were missing. Three coffee capsules were provided (we stayed two nights, so on the second morning one of the two would not have coffee) and if you want more, you have to pay for them (€ 3 5 capsules). no coffee is provided for the moka. In short, generally beautiful and well-kept place, but care and welcome of guests, according to my point of view as a host that welcomes dozens of people a week, is not really the best
