Great location 5 minutes walk to the sea (beautiful beach) and a short drive to the cafes near Poleg. There is a nice Synagogue 5 minutes walk with an 8:00 morning service. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Price (300 NIS/night including VAT) was lower than other places in the area.
No sea view even though advertised a sea view. Water pressure in shower was low at night. There was no water in the morning due to city shut down.

I arrived at the property and I asked if I could see the room. Nothing like the photo’s. The rooms are very tired - old kibbutz rooms. AC did not work. The bathroom as basic as you can imagine. I have just finished 6 weeks of radiotherapy. The reception rang me a few minutes later and I told the gentleman that I will not be checking in. I explained my situation and he said that I will be charged the 1st night as this was their policy. It was very obvious from his tone and very quick at telling me that I will be charged that this hotel has this problem regularly. For its price it is not cheap. I found a fabulous air bb nearby which was in wonderful condition clean, full sea view and it was cheaper. Do not be fooled by the photos, descriptions or reviews.

There was meant to be breakfast per the booking, but there isnt any, only a room with coffee, tea, water - so very disappointing as youre not near any stores. However, you are in a great location by the beach and there are some pretty outdoor spaces to hang out in
The facitlity is very old, the bathroom is ancient and not very clean. There's no pool. Very expensive for what it is. Needed a hotel near my family so had to settle for this.

I liked that the location was close to the beach. I would have liked the option of breakfast at the hotel.
I thought that our room would have been bigger. The pictures of the room that I thought we were booking and the room that we got seemed different in size.

Comfortable bed. Good a/c. Nice to be near the beach.
The toilet stuck. A bulb was missing. Nowhere to hang up anything.

It was the worst staying in my life.the room was very old and full of sand on the floor.there was no wardrobe to put the things.the bath was the previous jacuzi...when i came back from the walk and entered the the bath room tha bath was full of 1000000000 of great ants.it was disguisting
Near the place there is the wedding hall.and the music on thousands dezibel sounded all the night.in the description the "hotel""does not tell you aboit this moment.so you pay not little money and don't sleep all the night.i by myself went to the wedding hall and called to the police.after 2.30 they made the music a bit quiter.it was the most terrible night in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!

extremely close to a beautiful beach and easy walk to restaurants, shops and a mall
it was very run down, people were not always readily available to help and usually couldn’t solve the problem. The women behind the desk acted as though I bothered them because the gate to the beach was locked.

The water in the tea pot was old, the door had a hole in it, there were stains on the wall, there was a cockroach in the bathtub, there was no toilet paper, the light turns on a couple seconds later, the staff bangs down on the door and so much more…
I liked the latter for towels it was cute

They Charged 68 Shekels towards VAT.. We are not Israeli Citizens so Why did they Charge Tax from us ??

No breakfast except for a cookie. Good location right by the beach.
Too noisy, no kitchen or laundry facilities. An outdoor nightclub next door played music past midnight that could be heard through the closed window and walls of the room. The hotel grounds served as a community center on some days, very noisy.

The room was clean and pleasant. There is common fridge to put your stuff. Very close to the beach

Not much - I'm coming from the hotel now with no sleep. It had a good location to the beach but not a "private entrance" as advertised
Unfortunately the hotel sits beside a venue that hosts weddings and events. After midnight I phoned the police to see if they could help reduce the music but this went on until about 4am.
Upon asking reception, they wouldn't help or assist - the only gave me the number of the police to sort myself.
Both my wife and I got no sleep whatsoever, a minimum requirement for a hotel is to ensure at least a good night's sleep, whilst only meters away hundreds of people partied with megaphones and speakers until 4am.
It also seemed that none of the rooms air conditioning worked. The AC would actually make more noise than the music just meters away!
Overall I would not rate this hotel and would advise against staying.

The location is perfect, 4 minutes walk from the beach.
The room is not that big, but for our purpose perfect. We wanted a place to sleep close to the beach and not to expensive.
There is a little fridge in the room so you can bring your own food.

Nice place to stay if you need a place for a night.
The password for the gate here is not correct. So if you are going to go out in the middle of night, be sure to ask the right password. When I called to the stuff to open me the gate, no one answered.
The room is not sound-proof, I heard everything that happened outside.
