Sauna and lake

The room was really comfortable and everything was clean. Sauna was excellent and we got a good advice for the hiking trip (Sahajärvi route). Always happy to visit at Kirjakkala!

I loved it here! The host was genuinely very welcoming and gave us a room upgrade. Such an amazing idyllic setting, we had breakfast in the sunny garden every morning and went for a swim after sauna in Hamarijärvi. All in all an unforgettable experience, I can't wait to visit again!

This was second time staying at same place, actually even same suite. I loved the vibe of the place, the proximity to near by small towns and park, big suite, plenty of storage, great bathroom, most comfortable double bed, fridge and essentially anything one could need for a short trip.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything else was great. Charming place, lovely staff, great location, good facilities... Certainly recommend.

There was exceptionally little not to like. Area of improvement could be windows that open. Either windows would not open or if any would then tht entire window was just placed there without hinges so it literally came off. Curtains couldn't be moved without collapsing the whole curtain bar off. Windows and curtains need to be improved big time. There is not any air conditioner in the room so open windows are only means of fresh air.
