Wonderful outlook, excellent location and Cottage outfitted with everything you would need. Beautiful gardens and within walking distance of Restaurants, club etc.
I know it's hard to please everybody, low lounges are difficult for older people to get out of (but certainly didn't spoil the holiday).

What is there not to like about Poinciana? the location is great, the cottage is well appointed, comfy and had everything I needed (including extra blankets for an unexpected cold night). The gardens and surrounds are tranquil and peaceful. The hosts welcoming and generous. I'd highly recommend these cottages

Well equipped, light, airy and a really lovely cottage to stay in for a week on Norfolk. Very quiet surroundings but close to town and all attractions. The shower and water pressure was great and the bed was super comfortable.

Great location within walking distance to town, cafes and supermarket. Cottage was well laid out with a nice view over the neighboring farms. The inclusion of a hire car was invaluable, enabling us to tour the Island and enjoy all it had to offer.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable cottage very close to the main township. Jackie was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the outlook from our front deck. I hope we can return soon, we loved our stay.

Jackie and Peter were very helpful and accommodating, including giving access to their fruit trees and vege garden. Poinciana has everything you need to be self sufficient, a great BBQ area, car hire already sorted, all appliance and device instruction manuals, a clear waste sorting and recycling system, and an island orientation tour organised for the first day. Lots of added extras available to enjoy the beach and many outdoor spaces, such as access to snorkeling gear, beach towels, esky, ice bricks, umbrella and other picnic necessities.

Jackie and Peter are very friendly hosts. Our stay was lovely and quiet even though we were right near the airport. Accommodation was very comfortable and shower was excellent. Water straight from the tap is the best I've ever had.

Friendly warm welcome by owner Jackie. Superbly appointed cottage on acreage with wonderful views. Fabulous garden "kitchen" for bbq or group meeting place. Quiet & relaxing & very close to shopping precinct & dining options though cottage had a well equipped kitchen. Washing machine a bonus for longer stays.

Sitting out on the verandah with its privacy and lovely view was very peaceful
