The hotel is so near the bus station, and a short walk to the city center, which was crucial for my stay so i'm more than satisfied with the location. The room is a perfect size, modern and beautiful, and the bed was more than comfortable, i didn't want to get up trust me. The bathroom is modern and pretty, has all the amenities you would ever need. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was in the bathroom. There was a certain funky smell that came up from the shower once I turned it on. It wasn't bad, just weird.

Lovely hotel, well situated close to city centre. Bus station is just over the road which is helpful and tram stops virtually right outside hotel for easy transportation around city. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who helped us out on more than one occasion with various queries and booking taxis for us etc.

Very modern boutique hotel super clean and close to main bus station. Excellent breakfast. (Note: We stayed at Sofitel Athens airport after this and paid double the price and it wasn't as good as Hotel 9.) Antonia on reception was excellent and helped us a lot.

It is well located, rooms were ok and we got what we wanted.

We had an additional bed, but no additional towels. There was no soap in the shower which is unusual among hotels (let alone 4 star hotels). There as also a spider in the room, which indicates that property is not great.

I spent in a hotel only 2 nights during my business trip, the room and bathroom were clean, very comfy big bed, good working WIFI and even a lot of programs on TV made my rest there very comfortable. Ladies on reception were super nice and helpful.

Not clean at all, for such a nice hotel it's a shame it's not maintained better. In the room bed and bathroom were clean, the rest of it was not properly cleaned in a while. You can tell by the dust marks everywhere that whoever is cleaning it is doing a poor job. Also found a moldy blueberry under a chair and trash around the trashcan in the bathroom

the property was clean, modern and exceptionally good value with an ideal position to walk into town or catch a taxi

the shower door did not stop the shower water from escaping underneath it which must have been horrible for the cleaner

Perfect service... nice and easy communication with stuff very pleasant and welcoming. Inside hotel and rooms attractive and wonderful. Hotel 9 is our first choice always when we are coming to Zagreb. Close to each spot of Zagreb and really fast to come with car everywhere.
