Great location, lovely friendly host, good size balcony. Loved Paros.

Room quite small, bathroom tiny, shower area far too small with very hot tap in the middle which is difficult to avoid.and clinging shower curtain. Stayed 7 nights, no room cleaning other than emptying bins and change of linens.

Location was amazing!!! Staff were very helpful we were able to leave our belongings after check out, which was super helpful as our ferry out wasnt till 6pm. Super flexible and accomodating. Would stay again!! Great value for money

Amazing value and location! The place is just a short walk down the alleyway to the Main Street through Chora (Parikia). We really enjoyed exploring Paros and Kato Yialos was a great place to come back every night. It also has a parking lot nearby which is very useful if you have a car and lots of luggage.

The reception staff was not often on the site, but was responsive through WhatsApp. The room was overall comfortable but did not blow away in terms of aesthetics. The shower curtain was ripped, and the shower handle kept falling because the holder was loose. The walls were very thin and we could hear things from adjacent residents. I think since this property is cheap it attracts a lot of partying tourists. People were playing music loud and drunk yelling, and woke us up a few times when they came back in the middle of the night.

Beautiful place, in a very convenient location with being a few meters away from shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to the port

The only thing i have to say is the noise of people coming back from partying, no fault of the hotel tho

Super modern clean room that was in an excellent location. Would recommend for any travellers.

The toilet was a bit out dated but still worked well throughout our stay.

It is a nice little hotel perfectly located in Parikia, the rooms are equipped with everything you need. They clean the room every day!! It was a very nice stay!

The location is perfect close to everything, port,bus station and beaches.

Great location down a charming alley way, 30 second walk to the water and so many restaurants and a convenience store at your fingertips. The host was very lovely and approachable. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels etc.

As others have mentioned the bathroom is small, but it does the job and is well cleaned

Kato Yialos is situated where still many locals live . This gives an experience of Greek culture . By the house there is an area of trees where cicadas’s song is heard . Falling asleep to this sound is extraordinary The sea and beach is only two houses away. Walk up the hill to the windmills for a beautiful sunset .

Very helpful and friendly owner, nice room but without aircon so it was very hot (no cool air came in through the window) and I got a lot of moskito bites.

Property located in old neighborhood of Parikia a block from the beach and the road . Beach is just 100 meters away . Simple clean place. A pension not a hotel . Wonderful.

A very pleasant and clean place to stay for a couple of nights. My room had everything that I needed (shower, fridge, kettle). I didn't notice any noise from the street.

No real problems. The room is fairly small, which is fine for a base of operations but not if you like to spend a lot of time in your accommodation. The balcony is also small, with room for a chair but not for a table. The fridge was a bit noisy so I turned it off at night.
