Very good location, good value for the price

Good location in the most buzzy town on the island. It was great to have a balcony and the room was spacious and clean. Some nice cafes nearby, a supermarket opposite and only 10 mins walk from the bus stop to Valverde. Head up the hill for some fantastic walks.

I arrived at night and found it quite difficult to find - better instructions would have been good. I didn't mind the noise too much but some people might want ear plugs as on top of the traffic noise the local cockerels start crowing quite early!

Room 1 had an attached bathroom. Well located in the center of the city with shops, restaurants......next door. It was possible to see the mountains and the ocean from the room.

1. I reserved a room with a balcony. I was told to check into room number 1. When I opened the door I noticed that it had no balcony. When I complained the owner told me that there was some problem with the balcony room and therefore I had been changed to this room. If I would have known earlier I would have cancelled my reservation. 2. On the booking.com page it says that every room has WIFI. Room number one had no working WIFI and I needed it badly this two nights. I was surprised that the owner did not show the slightest sign of an apology. The minimum they could have done was to offer free coffee or a bottle of mineral water. I informed booking.com about the situation as soon as I checked in and I think that it is incredibly poor customer service that even now, 3 days later I have not received any statement from booking.com.

The room is small but has everything that I needed. bed, private bathroom. Nice deal for the money. Restaurants are close and open early for breakfast and coffee. Location is excellent and the room was quiet. free Parking is a big plus

Very centric in Tigaday (centre of Frontera), close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The place has its own parking which is convenient.

Tiny bathroom within the room not completely separated which makes the room slightly humid. But everything fine.

It had everything I needed and even a balcony! I had plenty of privacy and the check in was very easy, including good communication. Loved the centrality of the location also!

As it faces a main wall and the walls are a little thin, it can be a bit noisy (especially if you’re a light sleeper). I would recommend bringing earplugs.

Very good value: a simple room, big though, with a cute balcony together with a bathroom inside, simple but confortable also, that is, shower with clean and hot water, as well as good pressure. Very good location to travel for the beautiful island and very nice staff as Canarian people is.

It could have better isolation, you can hear the noise from the street.

Well furnished room very comfortable bed with lovely fresh white sheets and white towels provided. Bathroom adequate but vent in floor had water visable at all time ! Good shower plenty hot water.

The noise I had never experienced before. Traffic, barking dog all night and of course the roosters had their say. Balcony door not suitable, noise through vents and bottom door. Not much sleep during 5 days stay. No table on balcony use floor, looking into apartments opposite but good view from side. Requested change of room with staff member but no response. No I would not stay again because of noise. Shutters inside might work.
