The property was clean an new. In what was a stressful situation with a last minute booking due to a late flight cancellation the facility owner operator couldn’t have been more accomodating and went out of her way to ensure my short stay was perfect.

You have to pay for parking on top of your nightly stay tv always issues gets very hot in the rooms staff wanted to come into our room when my wife was sleeping how rude staff have no idea about anything the exscuses were sorry i dont know drrrr

Lovely, well laid out apartment. Clean and new. Comfortable bed and nice and quiet.

The room and facilities were clean and modern. Comfy nice sized bed. Having a pre-check-in was helpful, set some expectations for my stay.

The pre-checkin phone call, and pre-checkin survey weren't relayed to Quest, so upon check-in I still had to convey the same answers. I opted for on site car-parking at $10 per night which was just boom gate access. The front desk were unable to encode my access cards due to "system issues", yet the next guest checking in had no problems. I was told they would be re-coded and delivered to my room, which never happened and that attended was not on the desk when I came back. The next attendant was able to encode them within a minute. Room door also did not lock, so no need for keys to access.
