we was there because have to go to embassy for interviews , you have a lot of stars and ,they add more start for they welcome ,because reservations don’t know how speak English and they don’t know how run credit cards,they didn’t let you go in and asked about cash ,that’s most terrible experience with hotels I don’t know how get 4 Stars 😔

Everything is just perfect.

Location, and very helpful and friendly staff. They helped me with my husband who is in the wheelchair and helped to navigate the hotel going with me everywhere. The receptionist even lent me local money when I needed it urgently. I am extremely satisfied with the hotel staff.

I really liked that room was very spacious, the view was nice, liked the bed, staff was super fun and friendly, pool and sauna was good, breakfast was good as well, and of course the location of hotel is great

i didn’t quite liked the bathroom to be honest, and pool area was a bit cold

Location is great - 10 minutes by foot to the city center Staff was nice and speaking Russian, ready to help Lots of shops and malls nearby to buy some wine and food if needed

Poor breakfast, place where it is served looks like USSR canteen - metal chairs, metal tables, not comfy. Our first room was room 601 and we had to change it in 1 day because there is huge noise during the night which does not allow to sleep at all. Appeared that is it a noise from central heating, which can't be changed. Also it was a huge place with 2 separate rooms and even 2 toilets, but with very old furniture and not renovated at all - dirty walls, old bathroom and etc

Not enough sockets by the bed. The canteen is not cozy.
