It was an exceptional experience right from the first step onto the Property right upto the End.It was absolutely on one to one personal level.Mr Roy is fantastic..his personal involvement is worth mentioning.And yes food too is sumptuous with no misery in quantity as well as quality.

Breakfast was ok but needs to have basics added like Cornflex milk & Bread Toast

Mattress was pethetic it pains , Wifi was not working , TV was not operational , if these basic ameneties are not working ,proprty should have informed behore hand so that we can plan . & if not then they must pass on the discount to clients.

Breakfast was elaborate and very much tasty. The food was prepared nicely whatever we ordered. All credit goes to the chef. Staff's behaviour was extremely well. Overall a good property to visit.

Food is tasty and the behavior of the staffs

Location is far from the jungle or the city. Manager's is a little arrogant. Behavior is not so polite. Apart from these. If you are ready to pay this price for your stay at lataguri, there are multiple options available apart from this hotel. My personal favorite is Suncity lataguri, which is actually a great place and stuffs are very polite there. Dreamland or many others are also there.

No complaints

Lataguri is a frequently travelled place for nature enthusiasts like us. We have mostly in past stayed in Government resorts but this time particularly due to COVID we decided on a private property. Gorumara Reserve went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasurable one. We value standard service, food, and professionalism that the place lived upto unlike most resorts nearby. In West Bengal if you want to holiday there's mostly the option of Government resorts due to less privatisation. If a private resort is what you are looking for in Lataguri, then Gorumara Reserve is the place to stay. We loved the Design, the utilisation of their space and the landscape. The beautiful garden, the architecture, the organic farming etc really lifted our mood. After a long day of sightseeing we were welcomed with bonfire and barbecue on a cold winter night. We enjoyed long chats, played chess and badminton, and when tired of games we devoured their food and still wanted more. The best part of the place was undoubtedly their food. They used fresh, local produce and the chef was very accommodating as we ordered unreasonably at times. The menu was well thought out and we tried most of it and each of the dish lived beyond its expectation. We recommend trying all the various fish, prawns, Boroli specials, tandoor items and definitely Chinese aswell. And at the end of our stay we were surprised by how little they charged for the quality they served. The host paid detailed attention to our requests and delivered them enthusiastically. They arranged for our car to be washed early morning, our morning tea to be served in the garden, our food to be hot and ready when we arrived from our sightseeing are some of the things that made our stay a breeze. We went to nearby commercial resort named Sinclairs for lunch but were very disappointed with the quality of food and lack of professionalism there. So from our experience this is the place we definitely recommended in Lataguri !

An exhaustive and mouth watering food. The stay was exceptional. Property offers everything one looks for. It’s clean, comfortable, well equipped, excellent food, open space and very close to nature lovers. Gives peace n joys...

Everything was amazing..adding hair dryer will make life of the girls easy 😊
