Great location within 15 minutes of the "to do" areas of Charleston. Clean place with easy check in and out. Highly recommended!

My mom and I planned a girls trip to Charleston and this home was absolutely adorable! There was nothing we needed! It was convenient to tourists attractions! Very nice location!

This place felt like home from the minute you walk through the door. Beautifully decorated, safe neighborhood, easy check in. Everything you could want. Highly recommend.

Well stocked with supplies. Enjoyed having 2 master suites. Beds were comfy. However, if you are under 6 ft, you need a running start or lift into the one bed. When going to bed first night, sheets appeared to have been used (debris at foot area, stretched out & wrinkled). Since the rule is if the bed was used, leave it unmade, maybe last person made the bed? Also had an abundance of fruit fly’s, spiders, & a lizard in the one bathroom, guessing this was a result of the front door gap.

Wife and I had a great time. Perfect location. Close to the action but far enough to have a quiet evening. Easy check in and out.

A beautiful home that is well appointed and quiet. Enjoyed having two separated sleeping quarters as it provided privacy and comfort. Nice large screen TV's. Would recommend this property to those who enjoy peace and quiet with individual privacy. The bedrooms are large with plenty of space to spread out and store your luggage. The only area that I would suggest a change would be the sofa and chaise lounge in the living room. They are difficult to be comfortable upon. The seat cushios are so deep from front to back that you cannot easily put you back against it. The chaise lounge has the high back on the left side which would unfortunately is facing the TV and does not make it sutiable to lounge and watch the TV. I know it is a picky comment but that is my honest input. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this place again.

It was the perfect place to stay. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Near West Ashley greenway. It was the most well supplied VRBO I’ve ever seen.

This apartment had everything we could have asked for and more. It is beautifully and thoughrfully decorated and equipped. The location was so easy to access Historic Charleston, Folly Beach, Cypress Gardens and more. The one, and only, disappointment we had was our dinner at the walkable restaurant, La Fontana. It should be removed from the suugested dining options. Had we read the online reviews we would have known the quality of the place has greatly declined over the years. The food was awful and very expensive. But I can think of nothing but great things to say about or VRBO and have already recommended it to 2 friends heading that way soon. Thank you to our hosts!!

Our stay couldn’t have been nicer! Beautifully furnished; everything we needed was there. A lot of thought went into making this our home for three days and two nights. When we visit Charleston the next time, we hope we are lucky to be able to stay at this wonderful place again!

4 adults in area for touring. Great location! I would recommend another lounging chair in the living room. Quiet. No issues at all. Nice layout for two couples with bedroom / bath on each end of the unit.

Great place to stay & just a short drive to downtown!

Excellent property and location. Very clean and spacious. The only very minor issue was opening the lockbox to retrieve the keys (it seemed to be an older lockbox). Overall, 5 stars.

I would highly recommend this home! Perfect for 4 people. Well stocked, comfortable beds and very clean. Close to Charleston and so many other places. Quiet neighborhood! Close to a great walking path if you like to walk (W. Ashley Greenway)!

The pictures of this place are deceiving. It’s a complex with people above and every time they move you can hear them. Also extremely outdated.

The property was amazing! If you can even call this a complaint, my only suggestion would be to have living room furniture thats more comfortable and suited to 2 couples. While it was absolutely beautiful, it just wasnt real practical. We definitely would rent this property again.

This is a top notch property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I had some concerns as my partner and I were with my elderly parents. It was my mother’s first trip since she started to use a wheelchair. However these concerns were quickly erased when we arrived at the property. It was very accessible for her. The property itself is lovely. Very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully stocked. I especially appreciated the plentiful quality towels in each room as well as things like Kleenex, toilet paper, dish and hand soap. I have stayed in many places that are not as well stocked as this was. The owner was a pleasure to deal with during the reservation process. My partner and I like to walk and the property is on a pretty street with a small park nearby. It was very easy to get into downtown Charleston by car. I would definitely stay again should we return to Charleston.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was well-equipped with all the necessities and also provided travel info and a small book library. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to all the tourist sites. We did not get to use the grill and patio as it was raining, but it would be really nice in nice weather.

This condo was perfect for our mother daughter trip to Charleston. The host had maps and tips/tricks for navigating parking and for locating downtown attractions. It was easy to get around and we always felt safe when we returned home.

Everything as advertised! Quiet and comfortable place for 4 adults for the weekend to go in and out of downtown.

The perfect option for a long weekend in Charleston. Cute, clean, comfortable! Very close to all of Charleston’s amenities and a quiet neighborhood. We had an “operator issue” with the Wi-Fi and the owner’s daughter came over and fixed it! I can’t recommend this place high enough. Thanks so much!

Very nice, clean and quiet. Close enough to many restaurants and stores. This is the 1st time using Vrbo and if all of the places are like this, it won't be the last. Great place.

The location was perfect, not far from the Historic District and an easy ride to visit the Plantations. The Owners were friendly, professional, and answered all our pre stay questions. The size of the Guest House was great. Having two Masterbedroom/bathrooms worked perfectly for two elderly women. Highly recommend.

We booked this place to be close to the coliseum but it ended up being the perfect spot for everything. Close to several good restaurants and a short drive into historic Charleston area. Everything we needed was provided. Overall it was great.

Stay was very enjoyable. Property was very clean & quiet.
