We absolutely adored staying in this property. We had everything we needed stocked in the unit. We loved the location within the community and we loved how easy it was to get to the beach.

Great location and right in the beach. Only downside was the address was a little difficult to find as it didn’t map correctly on google Maps. I would highly recommend this location!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental unit. Upscale decor and furnishings, “white glove” clean. Excellent ocean front location. Our only “wish” was for a dresser in master. I understand that many rentals have the master closet locked for owners use and therefore didn’t mind putting our hanging clothing in kids’ rooms. But my husband and I were forced to live literally out of our suitcases. The armoire in the bedroom houses the TV and other electronic equipment. There were two chairs in bedroom...would have rather had one chair and a chest of drawers. Other than this small inconvenience, this unit was perfect. I have stayed in several units at Beach Club Villas and this unit was by far the best!

This was our first visit to this area and will definitely be coming back. 35 Beach Club Villa is well appointed with comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The views of the ocean are spectacular.

Unit was clean, updated and well decorated and furnished throughout. Amazing views of ocean and beach. Would have appreciated a more stocked kitchen, including paper towels, slat/pepper, napkins, coffee filters, olive oil: basics to get us started until we could do a thorough grocery run.

Converging from VA and TX, our family of 4 adults and two young grandsons had a wonderful and memorable stay at Beach Club Villa. The location couldn't be better being directly on the beach and within the Wild Dunes community, and many an evening was spent gazing out over the Atlantic as thunderstorms moved up the coast. The townhouse had everything we needed, with an especially well-equipped kitchen. Every room was clean and perfect, beds were very comfortable, and the outside shower area was ideal for storing beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.. The check-in process was the most convenient we have ever experienced. We HIGHLY recommend this property and we intend to return.

Amenities were disappointing. Dishwasher broker. Sweeper broken. Ice make limited on ice making. Bedrooms in back of house were very warm.

We loved our stay at this Beach Club Villa. We have stayed in other Beach Club Villa properties and love this one! It is well appointed with beautiful decor. The bedrooms are very spacious. The proximity to the beach is fantastic for anyone, but especially for families with small children who have a lot to take out on the beach! I have rented through a few companies in the past on IOP, but really enjoyed our experience renting through Beachside. I felt that everyone I encountered had a sense of urgency, was very professional and pleasant to work with. The website was great and loved that it allowed you to make your payment directly through the site.
