The sea wall was suppose to be finished and it wasn’t even close to being done! Lots of construction.

I had questions about new seawall being built before i booked. Called and Emailed both property management company and VRBO. Never heard anything back from either one, I guess that's how you keep things quit.

We had a wonderful time in New Smyrna Beach. You can’t beat the views from this condo, and the walk to the beach is very short and easy. The condo was clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be for the owners to replace it he mattresses in the master bedroom and the twin bedroom (or add mattress toppers). The mattresses in these rooms were very worn and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the condo was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

We are repeat visitors to this property, we love it so much. This property is the best NSB has to offer and again, we already booked for next year. We cannot wait to return. Sparking clean and very attentive property manager, it does not get any better than this.

Outstanding condo in outstanding location on New Smyrna Bch. Great atmosphere, pool, beach access. Only negative is the pool chiller was inoperable so pool water was very warm. Overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended

We had a fabulous week in this sparkling clean "beach chic" ocean front condo. Beautifully furnished and decorated and a well appointed kitchen. New Smyrna Beach is the best Florida beach and Schooner Point is the best property in NSB. The grounds and pool are perfectly maintained, with a hands on property manager on site. Highly recommend.

Walked in cat hair all over the place on furniture on balcony,screens were torn and flapping around paper shades in bedroom held up with duck tape very few utensils etc. very noisy slamming doors loud party til 12:30

Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. Two of the 3 bedrooms were very spacious. The kitchen had everything one can think of to use. There were plenty of towels and linens as well. The condo also had a washer and dryer which was a major plus. Only downside were the tiny barely visible mosquitos that resulted in many itchy bites while on the balcony trying to enjoy the view :(
